Welll...as a brunette I can only attest to brown hair curls.

Is there a video to help using the different barrels?

Yes I had to Google it though . I typed the name of the wand in search and it pulled up several videos.

How do you turn it on because mine won’t turn on?

All you do is plug it in and set the button to medium or high. I do not use high. It gets very hot.

How do you fix the 360 swivel if its not working properly? The cord is constantly a knot and unplugs itself. I straighten it over and over when using.
