I make a fair amount of baked goods, and was tired of storing them in plastic containers where they would get soggy or absorb a plastic-ey taste and smell. I decided to take a page from the professionals and use paper bags instead. These have about the same size and weight as the ones you’d get a croissant or pide in from your favorite local bakery. Since you buy them in bulk it feels like you’re spending a lot of money on paper bags, but at the home baker level I’m sure 600 bags will last several years. It’s not like they’re gonna expire! As a bonus, I can share baked goods with my friends and not have to worry about getting my storage containers back.

So I used these last year to make snowflakes for Christmas decorations for my family get together. It worked wonderfully and it was so much fun for everybody. To enjoy seeing them hung up. The material is kind of thin, but it holds really well. And then after I was done with them, I gave them to my church and they used them as lunch bags for the kids after church service to fill their candy and their snack snacks in and their paperwork that they had colored.

I vend at the local farmers markets. I like to use white bags for my products - they’re recyclable and stand out some as most are using brown paper. I bought bags at my local club store (S) and about 10-15% of the bags were glued in areas they shouldn’t have and rip when opening. (And I tried 3 different packs - 10% is a lot of waste) Testing random sampling of these bags show 100% performance so far. They’re all in good shape and I am pleased. I will definitely buy these again.

Been using them for my chocolate business. They are good, but some do tear and the paper isn't as durable as you picture "traditional" brown lunch bags. Thickness could be better. They work well for what I use them for though.

Medium thickness. Durability is what you would expect from a paper bag. Value for the money was great! Size was perfect for bagging up goodies for the kids to take with them.

I need these sacks for a Magic Trick in which I use 5 at a time, several times a day. These are inexpensive and exactly the size and 'thickness' I need for my intended use. I probably could have gotten by with 50, but I didn't find this No. 3 Sack in any less than the 500. We can use the extras around here in many ways. There will be no 'waste'. The bags are great. They are perfect for my needs and they will carry a lunch too!

I've bought bags like this before and had to throw out many b/c the glue on the bags would cause them to stick together, then rip when using one at a time. These haven't had that problem at all. They are sturdy and a great value for the quantity.

Quality of these bags is about a seven out of 10. Three star review is for the price. Normally, you can get these bags in a package of 500 for around $14.

They are smaller than regular brown snack bags, but sturdier and perfect size for small snack for preschoolers:-)
