Short handle
Works great for me well setting bullets, also removing primer's. The short handle is a must.

Made me switch from my Lee Turret press! It works that well!
Smooth operation, have decapped, sized, seated, crimped, flared, you name it. I would recommend purchasing the shorter handle as well, makes life easier for quicker jobs like flaring, seating. Concentricity is much better than my Lee Turret press can provide, yes it takes longer, but it's worth it! Currently doing 300 BO, 45 ACP, and .308. I don't prime on the press at all, so this makes no difference to me whatsoever. Great press, no breaking yet like others have seen, and I have done approx. 900 rds total from start to finish.

Great short handle for your RCBS press
Bought this for the convenience of having a shorter handle on my Summit press while depriming.

A must if you have an RCBS Summit Press
The handle that comes with the RCBS Summit Press is to long when you seat bullets. This short handle is perfect and I wish the press had come this handle rather than the long handle that is really only needed for resizing larger rifle calibers such as 300 Winchester Mag. The short handle gives you great feel when you seat bullets with the Summit Press.Optics Planet usually takes a while to deliver (2-3 weeks) wish could be a concern if you need it quickly. In my case, it wasn't a big deal since I have an O frame press and the Summit press was bought mainly for bullet seating and mobility.

I did not need to reach as high and I liked that a lot
This handle should not have made a difference but I heard that it would and wanted to try it out. For what I am reloading, (.223, 9mm and .45acp) there is no difference in leverage that I have noticed. I did not need to reach as high and I liked that a lot. I will probably not put the long handle back on the Summit press anytime soon. I do wish this had been the default handle instead of the longer handle that came with the press but there are probably a lot of people that need that longer handle. For me, this was an inexpensive upgrade to an already good press.

As expected
It's a shorter handle. Takes less room and provides less cam over torque.. But if you need more than what it provides I recommend you check your measurements or if you used lube or ya got the right dies

it says SHORT HANDLE SUMMIT PRESS all i recieved was the handle not happy for 50 plus dollars dont order this
