VellemanK8035 Multifunctional Up/Down Counter

The item description fails to mention that this item is an UNASSEMBLED kit consisting of a pile of parts for the buyer to assemble and solder. If I ever get it put together, I'll update this review.UPDATE: After assembling this kit it performed as advertised. The original product page could have easily included a photo of the kit parts to indicate it was an unassembled kit. This kit is not for the novice, and the directions are in some ways poor. The copper plating is not well glued to the board. Assemble with extra care. I would have given it 5 stars if I knew in advance that it was a kit (such information - I found out later - is buried in the fine print - my bad for not examining the copy very closely).

Item was received as described, It was securely boxed and in perfect condition. I ran several test on this counter with a 100% success rate. I am pleased with the quality and overall performance of this product.
