Feather Artist Club ProGuard Razor Blades 15 Count

These Artist Club blades are excellent. Seems a lot of newer razor designs are using these. Blades dispense like an injector, but there's no injector key.

Smooth, comfortable, sharp, and shave just as close as the 'Professional' blades without the guards. As a matter of fact, I just got one of the closest shaves I've ever had on my first go with these. They glide, they're fast, they don't snag or buck or get caught on your skin if you'r not holding the razor just so, and they leave your skin without irritation. They take the stress out of shaving with an open razor. Great for getting into close tight areas, folds and details without worry! I love them! What a great shave! And don't be fooled by the guard - these are not 'beginners' blades. Beginners are going to get cut up good with these if they are not methodical. Treat yourself to a spa-like shave; try these blades - you'll love them too!

Feather blades I have found to beat any others with sharpness and excellent shaves. I use no others, double edge or these long single edge.

I have been using these blades for many years. I stopped using those cheap disposable razors a long time ago and switched over to these blades (along with the blades holder). I get a clean shave each time and the blades stay sharp for a long time. Be careful with the other style blades they offer, they are extremely sharp!! These particular blades have a feature that makes it more comfortable to use without slicing up your skin and not losing the sharpness.

I recently bought these blades for my Supply SE razor. Unfortunately, they are a bit too big for the Supply razor, but since I was unable to return these (ineligible for return), I decided to use a pair of scissors to cut them and place it into my razor. These blades are incredible! I have never had a smoother shave and felt so safe with single blade shaving. I typically used to get at least a few nicks with the original supply blades as well as others (Schick). But these ones - not a single nick so far and I've shaved 4 times with them already. Perhaps its because of their super sharp edge as well as the protective head which prevents nicks. I think I will continue to only buy these in the long run even if it means having to cut the blade every time and inserting them manually into my single edge razor.

It actually provides the same sharp cut of the professional blades but with more protection. I think it’s excellent for home use. A little costly but good product.

I use a pink Hanzo brand blade and for this razor I’m able to cut hair without cutting the skin and get through ingrown hair with no problem. My job stopped paying for them so now I have to buy them just do it.

The Pro Guard blade feels just as sharp as the Feather Professional blades, IMO. The difference, however is that the Pro Guard is somewhat forgiving while you shave whereas the Professional Feather blades are not. They are both fantastic blades but nicks and cuts are so much easier to get with the Feather Professional blades. My skin is about medium sensitivity so I can get away with using the professional blades and I do still like them, but I much prefer to use the pro guard. If you’re just getting started using a straight razor Feather shavette and your skin sensitivity is medium or more sensitive I would highly recommend the Feather Pro Guards.

I bought this blade set with Feather Artist SS razor. Gives a protected smooth shave. I found it to be much better than using a shavette that loads standard half double edged blades. He blade guard helps shave sensitive areas well like the neck, under the nostrils.
