Your description of quantity of bags is confusing. is it 540? or 180? or 2 boxes of 90 each for a total of 180? 540 divides by 180 three times. by 90

Is this diaper disposable bags two boxes of 90 or one box 180 ?

I believe it’s two boxes. The boxes are about the size of a Glad quart ziplock and I purchased two for a second home for grandbabies. I’m not there, but almost positive I received 4 boxes of bags. So 90 bags in each container.

Are these large enough for an adult diaper?

I use them strictly for cat litter box cleanups. They are made for baby diapers. I don't know if a used adult diaper would fit. Sorry I can't answer for sure...
