You can get the closest size ie bigger and cut them down to the size you need I did with mine and was fine

I bought a size 7, as it is perect to fit a uk 8. You can cut off sny excess anyway.

Q: Do you take out old insoles and just put these new ones in or can they go top of orginal insole?
