It doesn’t matter what your chest size is: cups are different from bands, that is a fact. If you want to look good, buy a pair of breasts and show them off. I have a 40” chest and I wanted to have big breasts so I googled them: B cups, C cups, D cups. I wanted DD because I’m a big girl (man) so I opted for DD. The advice I want to give you is you have to buy a silicone form one step up from your desired choice, so I bought an E silicon form. I have not looked back and feel sexy every time. I recommend you buy an E silicon form, a 40DD bra - but I like my shirt full but that’s my personal choice. For disclosure my blouse is a size uk20.

These are separate breasts, they are placed into bras or, using the appropriate adhesives, the chest. The goal is to fill your bra and it is the bra that dies the work. I place them with a sight angle; so that it fills the cup, there will not be a cleavage visable and there won't be with separate units.
