Chamomile herbal tea is great in the morning to help clear mucus and in the evening to to relax and better sleep. My mother gave it to us children when we had the flu. It is all around very beneficial.

As you can see these are whole flowers not stem so I you might finding some other products. They have a delightfully sweet smell and taste for great tea. I would definitely buy this product again. I bought the 100 g bag which is a very large bag.

Smells sweet and fresh. Tastes delicious and just like it should. I suspect I need to keep the flowers dry and well sealed in their packet or they could go damp and musty.
