It’s great for new learners. I only gave it 4 stars because it would be better if they had the different balls sizes like 10 u and 12 u etc. it only comes in one size. Besides that my daughter loves this ball. It’s taught her different pitches.

Great Trainer.
Excellent for new pitchers and a great tool to keep the more experienced pitchers sharp.Practiced with the training ball to learn the grips, rotation and snaps for each pitch then used a 16" ball after to help with my grip on the ball, it makes it easier and gives you more confidence to grip a 12" softball after you practice with the trainer and a ball larger than the regulation size for your game.
