I use Pure Valley Chinese Herbal Warming for my osteoarthritis, shoulder and back pain. It soothes and works almost immediately.. Only one thing to be careful of, be sure to wash hands after rubbing on body. It will sting and cause swelling if you make contact with your eyes.

This stuff really works. The trick is to rub it in good, before going to bed. Use a little heat if needed. The next day if you work those areas hard the stuff really starts to get hot and works in getting and loosing up those tight muscles. But use gloves.

I barely felt it do anything.

I order this a lot, and put it all over my body, wherever there is a sore spot. You can feel the heat, and need to stay out of direct sunlight for a day. But otherwise, excellent product!

Didn't work well for me..

Works great!! My husband uses it on his shoulder & upper arm & I use it on my lower back. Really helps the pain!

This gel is so helpfull, I have numerous muscle spasms in my legs and neck, this gel helps a lot, spasms either go away or minimized, keep it handy, used every night, no sleep without it.
