Q: this kit is for predator 670 engine from harbor freight correct, not for a motorcycle?

Not for motorcycles “per se”. This kit is for a Harbor Freight Predator 670 engine. The engines are sold as a crate motor and are often used in aftermarket applications including off road vehicles. The kit enriches the “over lean” situation of the factory setting and improves throttle response and drive ability. I am not aware of any use of these motors in a “motorcycle” other than some sort of low speed booney bike. Hope this helps!

Everything that comes in the kit is internal jets. It does not allow for any adjustments that can't be made without it. Sounds like your pilot jets are clogged up, probably needs a carb clean.

I tried this and it did not help. Removing the caps to the fuel adjusting jets will help. They are sealed with caps and need to be drilled out. Check on line for more information on this. I found that as I use the engine more it seems to get better.
