Very comfortable shoe. Took them out for a road test on one of the worst rainy days in Northern CA (see flashfloods and flooding in Bay Area counties!). Ran 10k route up 800 feet into Berkeley/Oakland hills complete with very steep inclines and extremely uneven road/pathways (this is earthquake country). Often in such conditions most shoes will slip internally due to having to run through instant rivers and lakes where streets and curbs used to be. These did not. However, unlike water shoes, they provides just the right amount of protection for barefoot feedback which is needed for post earthquake uneven terrain otherwise you can easily stumble and be kissing the pavement. Now these are also city streets with complete with the occasional used hypodermic needle and broken glass. Wouldn't recommend unprotected barefoot running here unless you're OK with Hep-C, necrotizing fascitis, MRSA, etc. Risk may be minimal, but one infection can really ruin you're day. I have worn plenty of barefoot inspired shoes, but these are one of my favorites so far.

First off, the color is true to the image. The shoes fit as expected and the toe box is comfortable. I’m a US Men’s 11, I order a size 11, and it fits like a glove. The importance is that this shoe it suppose to fit like a glove, it’s not suppose to be loose or give you too much room. The material is breathable and malleable, so you can still splay your toes with a snug tie box. There is no arch support because these are barefoot shoes, keep that in mind. Your arch is the “arch support”, so if you have ankle pronation/flat feet, start building that arch before you try these, or you might have a painful time.That being said, these shoes do not come with a retainer for the drawstring/tab. I took the excess and wrapped the top of the tab under the first eyelid at the top of the shoe (near your ankle). Refer to the photo to see.

Love!!! I am very much a minimalist, active hiker, runner and kayaking fool. These are the best! Even my wife wants a pair! And she likes more Support (she was born with a club foot) But she says these are too cool and so comfy. 2 thumbs up!! Will be getting another pair or 2? :)

these allow my toes to spread out. most shoes squish them all together. I use these for running (jogging), and they are better than any shoe I've tried for getting the barefoot/forefoot technique. These lack some structure on the uppers, so they are not good for any activity where you twist or have quick direction changes (golf, basketball, tennis) because the shoes will not hug your feet when they twist. But for walking, running, paddling, swimming etc these are great. And affordable.The upper material is sturdier than the previous generation I tried

I used these shoes for a 5k mud run, and they worked great! I didn’t want to spend a ton of money incase they were ruined from the mud. They are definitely worth the price! I also have used them for kayaking and bought a pair in black for my husband to wear kayaking. The only reason I gave them four stars is because a small tear has started where the material meets the rubber where the shoe bends by my toes. But again, for as cheap as they costed, I don’t expect perfection.

Love these shoes! After breaking my feet into these shoes I ran 3 miles and had zero pain in my feet like with other shoes. I use these daily and people often ask me where I bought them because they look good. I did get huge blisters on my feet when playing basketball but it was expected because the shoes have a rough texture on the inside so, don’t use these for basketball or any activity that you are changing direction in quick. BUY THESE SHOE!

My mother is 70 years old. The shoes are light and fit her feet completely. We went to hiking this Sunday. It rains so much recently. The shoes really help for hiking with wet trail. She didn't get slip and her feet keep dry always.

Amazingly comfortable! I was surprised how great they made my feet feel! I wasn't looking for any more than a cheap beach shoe, but I got so much more! The build is rugged, I feel like I could hike in these or run trails. I know that's what the seller advertises but from experience i know I can't necessarily trust the marketing hype from some of these Chinese made products. However, these live up to the hype.

size 43 in UK isn't size or even close to US 10 or 10.5? go figure
