I have multiple Rothy flats in different colors and models that are my main work shoes and I could not wear them last summer because of plantar fasciitis. I tried several inserts but nothing would fit well in the narrow heel and could be cut to fit the different shaped toe boxes. These were great! I ended up buying one insert for each model and moving it in different colored shoes. I've been wearing them continuously from April to August with no plantar fasciitis. They're soft and comfy, but there are a couple of things to consider. While they can be cut to fit snugly, the shoe gets tighter and it would be better to go up a half size for new shoes. Rothy's are made of plastic mesh and they expanded enough to fit, but some were pretty tight. With almost daily use with no socks, the most used inserts got very grungy and smelly after 4 months, so I just bought replacements which is still much cheaper than buying new shoes. Interestingly, as Rothy users know the shoes can get smelly over the summer and need to be washed, but the insert absorbed most of the sweat so I never needed to wash the shoe. Overall, a great find to continue wearing my beloved flats with no pain.

Got these for a rave/festival for my doc marten boots and I gotta say these were the BEST things to add. I felt so comfortable did not get hot, I was not sore the next day and they stayed in place. Game changer for sure since im in my early 30's. Well worth it I danced, walked and stood in place for hours and they were fantastic. Would absolutely purchase again and such great value. Can't speak on how long they last but first impressions were great. Try these out

I bought this to put in my basketball shoes for arch support and comfort, as the insoles that came with my shoes were generally flat and uncomfortable. While it seemed great at first, my feet quickly started hurting as the arch support felt like it was pushing against my arch too much. It was also a little slippery. So I took it out thinking the soles were terrible, but then I tried them in some Vans style shoes that were extremely flat and hurt my feet walking around in them by the end of the day. Here, the insoles worked great. I felt comfortable walking in them all day and could even bring these shoes when I travel as my only pair of shoes. A day of walking around a new city and my feet still feel great. I’ve owned these for close to 2 years now and I still feel very comfortable in those shoes, although the shoes are looking pretty bad. Just ordered my second pair of insoles for a new set of shoes so I thought this deserved a review. I give it 4 stars because it’s uncomfortable for athletic shoes, but I highly recommend them for walking around in.

These shoe insoles made a noticeable difference in comfort. They’re soft, supportive, and provide great cushioning for long hours of walking or standing. They fit easily inside my shoes without needing much trimming and stayed in place throughout the day. My feet felt less tired, and the extra support made everyday activities much more comfortable. Great quality for the price. I would definitely buy them again!

Thick so don't use on shoes like converse or your toes will be smashed

I bought three different inserts for my shoes (I have plantar fasiitis) that I would be using to walk all over hilly Korea, this one, the Profoot one and the Dr. Scholl's Sport insole. I tried each of them for about 5 days each before my trip. This one by far was the best. The Profoot one was a bit narrow. The Dr. School's had bounce but not much arch support. This one I really liked prior to my trip. It proved it's worth after 10,000 steps each day and my feet were not sore, my arches felt great, and I wasn't foot fatigued. These really stood up to a lot of walking in hilly areas and steps. They worked so great I intend to buy more and put them in every sneaker I have. Highly recommend!

Best insole I have ever bought. I got the men's size 6-9 option and they fit perfectly in my size 7.5 steel toe boots. They are super comfotable and I like that they dont have firm plastic parts like doctor scholls and other expensive brands. Never understood why they do that. Anyways, great product for an amazing price. I am going to stock up on them in case they stop selling them on amazon.

They are not hard support. They are soft. However, I am going to be honest. Smells don't bother me. But I will say this, they have a strong odor that is difficult to get rid of. I aired out for 3 days and sprayed with lysol. Smell is still there. I haven't tried washing them yet. I am unsure of it they can handle the washing machine, so I didn't. If you can get past the smell (which I did bc my feet was hurting), they work wonderful for arch support....If you don't like the hard arch support insoles, like me. They work better in my hokas, even brooks (not all models). But not in any of my nikes. They were too thick. I may give invicible 3 another shot with these in them. Because they had heel slip and this may stop it, who knows. I brought four more and probably a few more bc they good in my crocs too. BEWARE OF SIZE: I am 9 but wear 9 1/2 in running sneakers. The w 7-11 perfectly fit my us women 9 1/2 sneakers without cutting. So If your feet is bigger than that then get the next size up. The is reason for 4 stars- smell & size

I have flat feet and often have pain after standing for too long or walking. I used this for my trip to Europe and it felt like walking on clouds. I was getting more than 10,000 steps each day and I barely had any foot or leg pain after. I have gone to a podiatrist and got a prescription insole but these work just as good if not better.

Amo estas plantillas, he comprado dos veces ya, cuidado con la talla y con cortarlas exactas. En tenis de correr o botas de senderismo, yo retiro la plantilla del calzado y mejor coloco Estas otras. A un año y medio de usar las primeras que compré, aun no pierden forma y yo disfruto el confort.
