As you can see by the wear and tear, this thing gets a lot is use. Other than the couple scratches, it works the exact same as it did when I got it almost 2 years ago- amazingly!! We use this almost daily, and don’t have to charge it super often. The suction is great, with a low and high setting. Low is good, high is great. As you can see in the video when I switch it to high, I don’t have to aim perfectly for it to easily suck up pieces of cat food. Even on the clingy rug under my kitchen table, it picks up dirt (any spots it didn’t clean well were crusted food residue upon further inspection). Could not recommend this vacuum enoguh, I’ve had other handhelds and this one is my favorite with its large capacity, strong suction, and good battery life! I actually just bought another one for my mom because she loves mine.

This is the perfect type of vacuum for myself. We get the lady bugs in the summer and fall being in an old house and in the country and this vacuum is handy and makes it so much easier than dragging an entire corded vacuum out when I needed to get the lady bugs. It does have a lot of suction versus the older versions on this vacuum. The battery life is really good and it last a long time. This vacuum is really loud but that doesn't bother me. My only downfall to this is if you vacuum any bugs up you have to put a paper towel in the vacuum because they can crawl out or empty the canister after the use.

Used ChatGPT to find top recommendations handheld vacuums, for use on my vehicle. While it offered several pricier options (i.e. Dyson), this was the top "value" choice, and I couldn't agree more. I've used it a number of times to clean the car, and it does an excellent job. I found the "turbo" boost particularly useful, along with the ability to extend the built-in nozzle for hard to reach areas. I've used a number of Black+Decker handheld vacuums over the years, and this one is the best. As far as battery life, I've haven’t used more than half of a full charge so far on any project.

I've owned many versions of BLACK+DECKER's Dustbusters over that last 30 years. This current version was well worth the wait. The technology revolution of batteries over the years really makes this vac version truly special. Using this vac at the low speed setting obviously saves the battery and can handle most normal vacuuming needs. Using the vac at the high speed setting allows you to pick up fairly large size pebbles or other items that you may need to vacuum. If the vacuuming selected debris will fit into the input nozzle, this vac will suck it up. The only undesirable design to me, is the fact that you need to use the same switch to select low-speed or high speed. So, if you want to use the low speed then you will also have to go through the high speed to turn it off. Just a little a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. Cleaning out the vac debris is easy and messy but the best design to date. Very happy with this newer version (I own 3 of them).

It performed as expected. Easy to use with great battery life. I chose this one as it was ranked near the top in CR rankings.

My main issue with the old handheld B + D was I had to always bend or kneel to use it. I thought this one having an extendable nozzle would help ease the necessity to bend so much, but it only weakened the vacuum’s sucking power. So no easier to use. Compared to an older version we had for years (the white / light blue one), this one’s battery didn’t last nearly as long. I’d have been okay with it though if it weren’t for the biggest problem: it is SO LOUD. I actually stopped using it within about 6 months because it was too loud to handle.

Strong suction for a handheld with two speed motor. Unit is very loud even on its regular speed. Love the flat bottom for storage but found the charging cable very thin. It's the old thin wires molded together used on early solar lights. Lightweight and easy to use handle. Easy empty and easy filter change. Works well with pet hair. Good if you don't mind the noise.

This by far the best dust buster that I have ever had. Battery lasts long, suction is strong, charges with a cord, easy to store, well balanced. I have two of them.

This vacuum works well but it is (very) noisy. It is easy to clean the filters. It is light and well made. Recommended.
