Wide and short and see through. It will do for layering but not as a dress way to short and very wide. Under a shirt and with leggings it cute. see through so plan on wearing an undershirt to be decent.

This dress is so adorable, and perfect beach-wear over a bathing suit! Although, I would consider it too short for any other occasion.
