These were my wedding heels, I customized the bottom and top. I would suggest since it is plastic to have them a little warm before you put them on, so it's a easier slide on and not so stiff, if they are cold you will have difficulty putting them on.

The shoes came in a beat up box without and coverings, & ummm they were clearly used and I was sent someone’s used heels!I would’ve kept them anyway if it weren’t for the fact that the right heel is actually falling apart!Idk maybe I just got someone’s oversight of a return, but I’m returning them for a full refund!

Shoe is very pretty, and fits very well, but does not actually have a red bottom. Rather it is tan and the jewels are not as closely and intricately placed as the photo. Regardless, I'm still going to wear the shoes and love them; but they are not as pictured.

The shoe is really cute but beware you need to know how to walk in really high heels! The description says the heel is 8.5cm which would be around 3.35inch with a SLIGHT variation depending on shoe size. I ordered 8 and the heel was like 5 inches. Also, I ordered half a size bigger because the reviews said the shoe ran big, but it didn't, and the 8 ended up being too big for me. I contacted the seller about this and another issue and their customer service was exceptional! They took care of my concerns and found a solution for me, which is why I still gave them a good review!

The fit is great and the appearance is gorgeous but the heel is really thin and every time you take a step the heel wiggles quite a bit which is really weird. Great shoe though and true to size
