"I devour every single delicious word Alexa Riley writes." #1 New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author Maya Banks New York Times bestselling author Alexa Riley's first full-length novel shows just what happens when a strong, possessive man finds the woman of his dreams I'll never forget the way she looked, so confident and sure of herself. I watched her from a distance. She wasn't ready for me yet. I didn't approach her and I didn't disturb her, but I never once took my eyes off her. Mallory Sullivan is ready to start her new life. After graduating at the top of her class, she's landed one of the most coveted internships in the United States. Hard work and determination have gotten her to this moment of living the life she only dreamed of growing up in foster care. From the start, I knew that she would be my greatest achievement, so the day I let her go, I set down a path for her. A path to me. She never expected Oz to be the greatest culmination of those dreams. But sometimes fate determines who you fall in love with. Who makes you lose control. Who owns your soul. And then you realize it wasn't fate at all I've wanted to care for and protect her since the first moment I saw her. I've constructed everything in our lives so that at the perfect moment, I could have her, could give her the life she deserves. The time has come. Review: Exciting plot, interesting characters and steamy sex collide in Alexa Riley's first full-length novel! - I’m just going to come right out and say it, I’m a huge fan of over-the-top, ridiculously obsessed alpha males who fall instantly in love with their heroines. Yep, I’m owning it: I love smut. The fact of the matter is that I’m not alone. This segment of the romance genre is growing dramatically, with previously discriminating romance readers devouring these quick and steamy novellas voraciously. I’d even go so far as to say that if you took a peak at the Kindle of any romance fan, you’re bound to find a few of these smutty little gems there. Chief among the authors churning out that smut is Alexa Riley, and let me tell you, they do it really, really well. I’ve read—and enjoyed—quite of few of the books written by this bloggers-turned-authors creative duo. I won’t even pretend that I’m not a fan. Here’s the thing about these types of stories, they’re wholly implausible, completely unrealistic and don’t resemble anything even close to real life. And that’s ok. When I pick up one of these stories, it’s to turn off reality and immerse myself in something very, very unreal. This, folks, is escapism reading. One of the hallmarks of these steamy stories are that they’re generally novella length reads. Another is that they are chock full of steamy sex. So page or word count constraints coupled with half of the book taking place in a bedroom (or a shower, up against a wall, the sofa… well, you get the idea), there isn’t a lot of time, space or opportunity to fully develop a well plotted storyline. So, I’m going to lay even more honesty on you here and say that I was wondering if they could pull it off. I mean a full length novel about an obsessed billionaire and the virgin of his dreams? Well, I’m thrilled, seriously pleased as punch, to say that Alexa Riley totally pulled it off! For their first venture into a full-length novel, the ladies gave their readers everything that we have come to expect from them, and more. The constraints of space and time removed, they were free to expand on the characters, to dig deeper into their stories, to lay a solid foundation, and they did it well. They didn’t scrimp on the details at all in this book, and Everything for Her was way more of a plot-driven story than we’ve ever seen from them before. There was a suspenseful component to the story that hooked me in and held my interest throughout the book. I loved Mallory and Miles, and just when I thought one of their heroes couldn’t possibly be more consumed with the heroine than the last one they wrote about was, they roll out with Miles Osbourne. With one glance, at the wrong time and in the wrong place, Miles knew that he wanted Mallory to be his and he set about doing everything he could to make that happen. This dude was lightyears beyond any other hero that has ever come from the minds of these two, and while Mallory needed time to adjust to it, I lapped it right up. This book was very steamy, as is to be expected from Alexa Riley, but it wasn’t the only thing here. There was a story, there was suspense, there were other characters, whose stories I am very much looking forward to by the way, and there was romance with the love story. It wasn’t all about the brief chase and quick claiming, there was more wooing and relationship building, and I found that I really liked it from them. Everything for Her was a great entrance into full-length storytelling for Alexa Riley, and I’m looking forward to more of them, along with their signature smutty novellas, from them. All of us fans were anxiously waiting their first full length novel. I pre-ordered this yesterday and then waited for the book to appear on my Kindle. I have no idea why it downloaded at 9:30 PM on December 26. (I know that when I pre-order Kindle books, they usually appear the night before their release date, I figure it's midnight on the east coast and the next day.) Of course, that meant that even though I was exhausted from Christmas partying, I had to stay up all night and read the book. It's good. Miles has waited years to claim the object of his obsession: Mallory. He's manipulated her life so that her path will lead to him. Of course, all that blows up in his face. But, this is Alexa Riley, so there will be lots of hot sex and an HEA. And it's clear from the beginning of the story that the secondary characters, Paige and Ryan will have their own book too. Unfortunately, this book didn't knock my socks off. I guess I expected a little more conflict or just... something, instead of the foregone conclusion. Mostly, it's just sweet, it's sexy, it's Christian Grey obsessed billionaire without the BDSM. In fact, there's really no dark places here except the back story on Miles' father, which is thinly sketched and easily resolved for Miles. So it was enjoyable and I'll never regret the dark circles under my eyes when it comes to Alexa Riley and since I'm still on vacation, I can always take a nap. Ha! P.S. I have to mention one flaw that drove me crazy. I realize this is the fantasy world of erotic romance, but just in the first few pages, it drove me nuts that Mallory gets an outside scholarship from Oswald's company to pay for Yale. In fact, this is a major plot point that she "got a free ride" to Yale because of this scholarship. She is a poor foster care kid and this was supposed to be the only way she could attend Yale. This is just wrong. It's common knowledge that the Ivies are free to any talented student who is admitted, but does not have the income to pay the tuition. In the case of Yale, families that make less than $65,000 a year are not obligated to pay anything. For a foster care kid with the talent to be admitted to Yale, her tuition costs would be covered by the college and they would also pay her room and board. She would not have needed Oswald's scholarship. It wouldn't take much research to discover this - really two clicks to Yale's financial aid page. But, this has also been in the news a lot in the last decade as more colleges beyond the Ivies have adopted this policy, including Stanford.

Alpha Oz The Yellow Brick Road and #Mallory 5star #Read #EverythingforHer
The team of Alexa Riley has done it again. Their full length novel #EVERYTHINGFORHER is everything and some delicious Godiva Chocolates, to boot. When you have a dominant alpha intent on claiming you, baby, its best you let him have his way, because this book is all about one alpha male determined to make one woman his and his alone –to which I completely and totally enjoyed! Mallory Sullivan grew up in foster care, didn’t have much but one day her life changed for the better and she was able to go off to college of her choice. After busting it hard in college, she gets offered a top level internship which was a dream job only people dream about and very few to get . Mallory takes that job and she and her best friend Paige move off to New York City to start a new chapter in their lives. Mallory will be an intern in the accounting department for The Osbourne Corp and she is pumped for this new start in her life. What she doesn’t know is her life is about to change in ways she will never quite understand and the repercussions it will have will change her life forever. Miles Osbourne saw Mallory 9 years before for the 1st time and he immediately fell head over heels in love with her. Yet he knew she wasn’t ready for what he would bring to the table so he bided his time and made it that only he will be the only man for her when the time comes for them to be reunited. It is years later, things are finally ready, Mallory is finally old enough and Miles “Oz” is ready for them to be together in everyway possible. Yet when Mallory is back in his orbit, he starts making mistakes , small at first and then some not so small all because this alpha man is beyond ready to make this sweet girl his forever. There are so many twists and turns in this story and it’s a bit darker than what we normally get in a AR read yet I loved it. I found this story very hot, passionate, dark, captivating.. oh I could go on with other fabulous words that describe how much I loved this book but really the best thing I can say is that Oz and Mallory are the IT couple and make this story pop. There is a book 2 coming up involving Mallory’s BFF, Paige. I definitely will be picking up that book. I cannot wait to read more stories by Alexa Riley that are full length and just as hot and steamy as this. My Rating: 5.0 stars ***** "I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book in exchange for an honest review***

Everything for Her by Alexa Riley is wonderful and couldn't put it down.
Everything for Her by Alexa Riley is a full-length novel about an elusive over-the-top billionaire who falls in love at first sight with Mallory Sullivan, a girl out of his reach when he first sees her while making an appearance at a state-level math competition. With a past, secrets and enemies that could threaten his happiness, along with his own burning desire for revenge, Miles Osbourne has obstacles standing in his way before he can claim Mallory as his own. Undeterred, he is willing to wait years and do whatever it takes to keep her safe until it's the perfect time for them to meet. I love reading Alexa Riley's novels because I always know I will be swept off my feet by how sexy and swoon-worthy their heroes are and how scorching their couples are together physically and emotionally. Furthermore, I love how easily it is to get absorbed in the lives of their characters. Everything for Her is no exception. The moment I opened it, I could not put it down until I was done. Very character-driven, I love that we are given both Miles and Mallory's point-of-views throughout the novel. Miles definitely comes on strong and is very obsessed with the woman he loves. Utterly devoted the moment he sees her, he's planned and waited four years for his Mallory. Now that she's finally in New York, in his company Osborne Corporation as an intern, and now within reach he can no longer wait patiently. He easily overwhelms Mallory at times, but she's a strong heroine and holds her own. There are also many sweet and romantic moments within the novel, one of my favorites involves Miles trying to win back Mallory and no longer holding back. Wednesday was so sweet and amusing. You must read to see for yourself. Besides Miles and Mallory, the supporting characters were just as intriguing, more specifically Paige. I adored Mallory's roommate and best friend. Their friendship was well-developed and Paige's backstory that was touched upon has me eager for the next book. I'm excited to read more about Paige and Miles' head of security, Ryan Justice (aka Captain). Overall, Everything for Her was a wonderful romance with characters that were seductive, humorous, and entertaining. I wholeheartedly recommend, and look forward to reading the next book, His Alone.

Great H, bland h
Was glad this got offered on KU so I could give it a try. I normally really enjoy AR books. And that’s normally because they aren’t overly long and there is the instalove connection. While the plot line in this was fine and the H, Miles, was instalove and possessive on his side, the h, wasn’t. I did NOT like the heroine. She didn’t really have any hobbies or unique interests or qualities about her. She was attracted to him when she found out about him. But she was also questioning of the relationship and her feelings. I wouldn’t classify her as instalove. Then when she found out all of the things Miles had done for her and she witnessed his pain and worry over her reaction she continued to be nasty to him. Like knowing he set outside her door for over 24 hours and she wouldn’t even crack it open and hear him out or ask questions. She should have immediately wanted to ask her questions instead of being a big baby and running and hiding. She also acted extremely self centered when she wanted to go out and party and was chatty with others guys, like Joel, even if she did mean it friendly. It was disrespectful to Miles when it was obvious he would not appreciate her behavior. I think he could have done better and after all he did for her, he deserved to be loved and cherished back.

everything and more
If you've ever read an Alexa Riley book than you know to expect instant love, hot steamy romance, swoon worthy characters and an HEA. Well, i can tell you that this book not only delivers but there's a whole lot more of it because its a full length novel! so be prepared to be doubly impressed! sometimes all it takes is a glimpse or just being in the same room with a person to help you see what you want. it's an instant connection that helps you see that you will do everything in your power to find your way to this person or make it so they find their way to you. sometimes it happens quickly while other times you may have to wait just a little longer. this is certainly the case for oz. he knew the first time he saw Mallory that she was different, there was something about her that he had to have. even if means waiting for just the right moment. time will make you do crazy things, but to oz it all seems right because he is caring and guarding the woman who means the world to him. he just needs her to see that everything he does is for the right reason. Mallory has worked hard for everything that she has. coming from a foster family she knows that she has to push herself just a little more than others. her hard works seems to be paying off with a scholarship to Yale and now an internship at one of the most sought after companies she can't help but feel like she is on her way. things are falling perfectly into place. with her best friend by her side, she is ready to start this new adventure. but how is she going to handle a tall dark mystery man? she is a little inexperienced since he focused on nothing but school but within a few days she seems to be captured in his web. she's flattered by all of the attention that he shows her, surely this can't be real life. slowly she feels herself falling for the mystery man known as oz, but one little moment can change everything. one moment she is falling head over heels and the next she is questioning everything she thought she knew. what's true and what's an illusion? Oz knew his plan was to lead Mallory to him but he didn’t expect this little bump in the road. winning her back is going to his goal and making her see what he did was entirely for love. these two are by far my favorites. their chemistry is intense. one of the best alexa riley books that I have read! it's everything and more! this takes their books to a whole new level! must read book!

All roads lead to OZ😉
When I found out we were getting a full length novel from one of my favorite authors.....I did a happy dance! I mean come on...OTT goodness, insta love, and sexy times so hot that it would set my kindle on fire, in a longer version of it...Yes, Yes, and Yes! We got what we were asking for. I did enjoy seeing the journey Miles set out for Mallory to come to him, how they met and everything. A few things I didn't like were that Mallory seemed to give in way to easily on her end. I just wanted to see her make him work for it a little more. I don't like angsty reads a lot and this is perfect for when you want to get a break from stories like that but I wanted to see a fire in her. What I like most about Alexa Riley is that they push boundaries with their OTT men and their different women but keep the sweetness factor and that's what makes them bada** in what they do. I'm really looking forward to reading Paige and Captain because Paige displays the kind of fire I love in my h and Captain seems just the person to handle all that. Very excited to see where these ladies go with their amazing imaginations and stories and to see how they grow with each story that comes along.

Great first time full length novel.
I have followed Alexa Riley since they were the duo behind their amazing blog and when that disappeared so they could get back to reading for enjoyment I was happy for them and sad for me, they know what kind of stories I loved to read. When they started writing and releasing their amazing little short smutty insta reads I was hooked. The announcement for a full length novel was the best news and I knew that only those two could take their novellas and make them a swoon worthy hot as hell novel. Everything for Her had all the AR writing you love and it didn't end in a quickie...... I will never watch the Wizard of Oz movie the same again. Miles/Oz had set plans into motion for years to get his Mallory when he first seen her when she was 17, the lengths he went to are obsessive, possessive, stalker and totally done out of love. "From the start, I knew that she would be my greatest achievement, so the day I let her go, I set down a path for her. A path to me." Mallory has not had a great life, not horrible but foster care isn't loving and she just needed to find the right man who would make her feel safe and loved, Miles made sure that man was himself. There was so much panty melting hot sex scenes in this book you will need to take a shower when your done, for sure not a safe read in public. There is enough angst, a little suspense and surprises to keep the book flowing nicely. For a novel it read quickly in my opinion so if you are unsure because of length don't let that put you off. I love dual POV's in a book and this didn't disappoint. And epilogues, cant get enough of those and there are a few so you don't wonder how their lives are going later, those are the things that leave a reader hanging and this book left me knowing that the lives of my new favorite characters was as it should be with their HEA. I can wait for the next book to come out in March, Paige and Captain/Ryan so need their story told. Great job you two, keep up the smutty goodness!

Schade!
