Does this can come with any lid?

No, you must purchase the lid seperately. But it is worth it. Commercial quality, will not break like something from wal-mart.

looking for inside dimensions

Per the website descriptor Product Dimensions : 22 x 11 x 25 inches; 6.41 Pounds So which is it ?

which lid goes with the 33 gallon container?

This is the Rubber Maid "Slim Jim " item and there is a "slim jim" lid for vented "slim jims" available on amazon from Hugo's lines.Cost is an unbelievable $40. Had to return as the lid extends about an inch on each side. Sturdy, but too large.

So good for small spaces

These are my husband’s favourite. We have a small space and need to organize our recycling; the slim design works perfectly and holds a lot more than it looks like it can. They have a good weight to them so they don’t tip over.
