This is a great brace! I was in an auto accident, and my wrist was bothering me when I did things I did before the accident like play tennis, and it was the perfect help. It held my wrist in place while allowing me to do things without pain. It is not too rigid, and moves with your wrist, while at the same time allowing you to do things....a bit of a miracle product I would say. It is easy to wear, doesn't look to "bracey" (you still feel like a powerhouse athlete while wearing it :-)), and really does the trick. There is also great customer service. It was exactly what I wanted/needed. Great buy and the price was right! Highly recommend!

As a full-time computer scientist and an enthusiastic gamer in my down-time, it should come as little surprise that I’m frequently suffering from the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my wrists at only 31 years old. The pain ranges from mildly annoying to “can’t even think,” depending on the day; as such, a quality brace is absolutely vital for me. I bought this product (a right-hand brace) on a whim, to go along with my Dr. Arthritis left-hand brace for a full set of what I lovingly refer to as my ‘gaming armor.’ To my surprise and delight, I found that this brace was excellent in every area I needed it to be. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from similar symptoms. The material is soft, and the brace is rigid while remaining flexible enough to not end up causing painful pressure on already-sore arms and hands. Putting on the brace is quick and easy, and in my case I found that I felt almost instant relief from my hand and wrist pain upon applying the brace. The Velcro (which is the main method of keeping the brace in place) holds tight while also allowing quick and easy removable. One area where this brace stands out above the competition is the material on the *inside,* which seems to do an excellent job of remaining odor and sweat-free - unlike the more expensive name-brand competitors. This internal material is smooth and comfortable, and feels good on my hand even after hours of constant use. Long story short: if you’re suffering from hand or wrist pain and need your own set of “gaming armor,” this brace is about as good as it gets - and for a totally reasonable price. Being in IT, I'm constantly using keyboards and mice in all sorts of awkward positions, and as a result I've lost a little feeling in my left hand. So, my doctor advised using a brace to help my posture. Most of what I found were meant for recovery, i.e. they were large and had splints to prevent bending at the wrist as much as possible. Not quite what I was after. So, after seeing this, it looked perfect, and it basically is. It goes on very easily, doesn't chafe anywhere, fits inside a shirt sleeve cuff, and even leaves enough room for a watch. My only real complaint is that I wish it fastened differently, whether magnetically or using a different type of Velcro, e.g. 3M Dual-Lock, as after only ~2 months of use, the section where it fastens is starting to fray from being pulled off repeatedly, although it doesn't generally get heavy use. I also don't like the sound of Velcro being pulled apart, but that's a subjective thing. Also, a very small issue is that it didn't come with cleaning instructions — unless I just completely missed them. I assume it's hand-wash only, but it would be nice to have care instructions. If the attachment was improved, this would easily be a 5-star. I also appreciate the personal touch the products have, whether it's genuine or not.

My boyfriend surprised me with this ComfyBrace, after I tasked him with finding something for me for wrist support. I'm a busy Massage Therapist, and I don't have the time to sift through countless products and reviews. I arrived home from work one night, and he presented me with the ComfyBrace! After seeing 4-5 clients daily for the past 5 years, my hands and wrists are overworked and achy. I was a bit hesitant at first because the brace wasn't an actual slip on glove...but the brace was just as easy to put on as a glove would have been, AND, it's even better because it's adjustable! I've only had the brace a few days, and I pop it on here and there throughout the evening when I'm relaxing. The brace gives great support and feels very comfortable. Now, I just need another one to make both hands even! It's very HANDY (see what I did there?!) that the brace can be used on both the right hand and the left hand. I'm currently wearing it on my left hand and it feels great! I'm trying to avoid Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and I have a feeling that this ComfyBrace is the key. I'm interested to see how lifting weights goes while wearing my brace. Thanks, ComfyBrace, for providing a great product! I bought this brace to alieve my wrist pain I got from typing so much on my keyboard. I have used braces before with metal and could not find any flexibility in my wrist to type. The brace really helped me choose whatever pressure I wanted to keep my wrist at, while also letting me freely rotate and move the finger tendons in runnign through my wrist. My greatest concern with buying any braces was that it would not fit, as I am very skinny and have long hands/fingers. The brace was suprisingly adjustable with the velcro and fit me very comfortably. The material is breathable (I have a very hot room, because I constantly overwork my PC and it heats up the room). The brace gets moist after long uses, but it still better than other braces I have grew up with. Other braces have made my skin itchy under it, and I would eventually have to take it off, I have not had that problem with this brace yet. Overall, I really appreciate the flexibility of this brace and comfrtability of it. The flexibility really allows me to picj howver I want it, and I feel almost like it's a "personal fit" for me. I have already recomended it to my Aunt who has had surgury on her wrist but is still getting wrist pains. I reomended it because she can make it so the brace is not too tight (to hurt her) but will still keep enough pressure to relieve the pain.

I have a frequent hand pain due to what I suspect is carpal tunnel syndrome. I was able to be pain free for days on end while wearing this thing, but then it started slowly stretching. I expected wear and tear, I had purchased this on September 26th and wore this almost 24/7. I had also noticed a slight design flaw; the loop for the thumb set perfect on a nerve amd I woud lose feeling after a while if I did not adjust and lay the flatter side of the loop against my thumb. However, a few days ago I had started getting thumb pains while wearing the brace and found that it had it had compressed my nerve so badly while I slept that now I cant grab anything. This is unfortunate as this is my dominant hand. Typing this review is difficult for me even now. I'm taking pain medication to reduce the pain and potential inflammation, but I dont have 100% feeling at this time. I think the design could be improved if the brace had a better strap for the thumb (more flat and wide to distribute pressure), a wider hole for a bit more comfort, or maybe even a cushion to avoid such harsh compression. I do still love this item as it has been the only thing to help me be mobile and pain free without medication every night, I even purchased a new one to wear after I recover and maybe modify myself. I just wish it didnt hurt me in the end.

This brace saved the day! I work 40 hours a week on a computer and with working from home these days, I have a desk setup which I’m not used to and is also not ideal. As a result I have developed pain in my right wrist, outside of hand, and into my elbow. I needed a support brace that was also not bulky like the others I’ve tried and allowed me to use my mouse comfortably. This brace is it! It is comfortable, allows me to use my mouse comfortably, and do so much more. I also wear this now when I ride my bike as well and doing things around the house. It provides support and also compression depending on how you fasten the Velcro and has helped to alleviate a lot of the pain by providing support. I also wear it at night sometimes to keep me from folding my hand/wrist while I sleep because that worsens the pain. My favorite part about it is that it doesn’t go halfway up my forearm like other braces which I find to be uncomfortable and unnecessary. Lastly, it really can be worn on either wrist which is a bonus! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a wrist support rather than something that completely immobilizes your wrist!

For some time now I was noticing a weird sensation in my right hand, and for a while I had coworkers telling me I should get a glove. I'm not sure if I have carpal tunnel or arthritis or something else, but being on a non-ergonomic surface has caused me issue for the past 6 months. I do think getting and playing a Nintendo switch a lot at Christmas time didn't help me out. Anyways, I eventually took my coworkers suggestion and bought this item. While it was not a glove, I figured this would be a good first item to buy in probably a long list of items I needed. So far, it seems to be the last item that I may need to buy. I put it on before working on my laptop and it honestly has taken away a lot of the discomfort. I'm assuming that is related to the pressure but I have really no clue. I really thought I was going to hate using it, thinking it would be an annoyance, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I have become one with it really. It is really easy strap on and get the amount of pressure you want. It is completely interchangeable from left side to right side and back. I highly suggest this and especially at the price point. I never got whatever is going on with my hand diagnosed, but for the price, it is definitely worth the money to give it a try and see what it can do for you.

Probably works as support for sporting activities. Not great for carpal tunnel.

This wrist brace is not suitable for RSI, it binds very close to the hand, and not at the wrist for support.
