Lacks clear instructions
This potentially very good kit is frustrating because it does not come with clear brewing instructions. It gives a link to their web site but I struggled to find the instructions there. It would be so easy to put the instructions on the label and to indicate how much malt/sugar is needed to brew the kit along with indicative end SG. All that being said the end result looks and tastes promising. It needs a couple of weeks in the bottle before I can give a definitive opinion on the end result. 4 stars because of the lack of instructions.

Don’t let the old reviews scare you. Mine came today and won’t expire for a full 12 months. Everything is as it should be. Now to brew!
