The glass carafe on our new coffee maker attracts stain more than we've ever experienced. A small squirt of this product in a full carafe of hot water dissolved the stain and made the glass easy to clean. Nice!

We use a Bunn Coffee Maker at work. And on occasion, it will get left on overnight. The clear glass carafes have a tendency to stain even if you don't leave it on overnight. This is THE BEST pot cleaner I have found. Not only does it quickly clean the glass carafes, but it also cleans the coffee mugs that get left with coffee sitting in them or that don't get cleaned by the dishwasher. We even had a mug out in the warehouse that had a thick bit of "something" tan colored in the bottom of it. Probably for years. I poured some of this in with water, let it soak overnight and with a little coaxing it came out in a nice tan disk and left the mug clean, to of course be washed again. Amazing! Love it!!

This stuff is out right AMAZING. I have a stainless steel coffee pot that was coffee stained badly. I tried everything to get it clean and had very little success. So I bought this Clearly Coffee cleaner. OMG. Within a minute after putting some in my coffee pot it was like brand new. Highly Recommend.

Pros: It does clean once you figure out how to use. Couldn't believe how dirty my pot was. Cons: Horrible instructions. Doesn't say whether to use hot water or cold. Doesn't say how long to allow to work, 5 min or overnight? Once opened the cap leaks if not kept upright. I used near boiling water, stirred and let sit 10 min then rinsed.

As an avid coffee drinker, I constantly had containers and mugs/canisters being refilled by the day to travel around my college campus and have to drink on the go. Little did I know that after about a month or so of constant repeating of this method did I eventually form large amounts of coffee stains and marks on every canister or Thermos that I had. It was not only looking ugly, but even after some nice cleaning, the canisters still had a bad scent with an “invincible” stain. What could remove these dirty marks!? Quickly using the power of Amazon and for no real direct reason at all, I searched for items related to cleaning products for coffee canisters or coffee fluid container cleaners. Shortly enough, this pops up on Amazon's first related item and off with the research I went. I spent about 10 minutes or so strolling through the Amazon reviews and just like a wish come true, people were able to "remove" the coffee stains that have haunted their lives for many years and months. Unfortunately I wasn’t in distress for such a long period of time but I had a good decent sized month to notice the issues forming within my very daily drinking mechanism. Quick to chase, I ordered this simple product for the reviews and for the rock solid price and also added the extended brush item that was often purchased together with this Urnex Cleaner; with Amazon Prime, I had the items in possession in 2 days. In short coming, everyone was right! This is exactly what I needed and perhaps I should have been told about such an amazing product before wasting time cleaning canisters and trying all kinds of detergents and soap to out rule the stains left behind by sitting coffee. I also used this product to clean and very dirty metallic canister which I had previously refilled with tea a few times before the actual canister starting building up and forming sticky black remains of tea on the sides of the container wall. No boiling hot water, canister shaking, detergent, and even mouthwash got rid of the gunk build up causing me to never want to use it but bring Urnex into the picture and "Ta-DA"! Problems solved! This item in combination with OXO Good Grips Bottle Brush and I guarantee you that every possible coffee and tea stain shall be no more! Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it to everyone who most likely has fallen or will eventually fall into the "stainful coffee" trap!

Don't get me wrong, this cleaner did a good job on the percolator, basket and strainer. It just took much much longer, and did not clean as well as, the cleaner that comes in Urnex' package that has smaller bottle of both Descaler and Cleaner. Wow, the cleaner (from same mfr) that comes in that Descaler-Cleaner bundle just worked so much faster and better. I'm guessing they probably meant for this one to be like a Maintenance item, and for the Cleaner from the Descaler-Cleaner bundle to be a corrective measure? Which is OK. Except that I did try that thing someone mentioned about using one of those cleaner pods, and it performed along the lines of this big bottle. Not as well! But close enough for horseshoes. So I might just continue using that common cleaner pod for maintenance, and buy more of Urnex' Descaler-Cleaner bundles for when I really need to get the percolator and parts cleaned up nicely. Just my take on it, anyhow.

I don't write reviews. I try to leave five-star ratings if I find a good product from a small seller, but I can't see myself sitting down and typing out a review for a product just because it does what it's supposed to. This pot cleaner, however, simply blew my mind. I hardly ever clean my coffee carafe because it just takes so much time and elbow grease to do it. The last time I cleaned it, it took me almost an hour and it still wasn't perfect, I just gave up because my arm was so tired from scrubbing. My elbow was sore for a week. I bought this cleaner hoping for a good product that would speed the process up a bit. Maybe I could cut the chore down to half an hour. Upon the first usage, I was stunned. I put one squirt into the carafe before adding the hot water, and a silhouette of perfectly clean glass was left where the squirt landed. I then added some hot water and I could literally see the coffee stains melting away. I swished the solution around a little bit and poured it out after letting it sit for less than five minutes. It was then that I knew that I had to write a review. I don't think my Chemex was this clean when I bought it. I've never seen anything like this. If you need to remove coffee stains, there's nothing better than this product. Buy it, and never worry about coffee stains again.

I used this to clean the coffee strains from my Ninja Coffee Bar glass carafe and it works a treat. Used with a Addis glassware soft scrubber

コーヒーで真っ黒になったコーヒーポットを今まで色々な洗剤でゴシゴシ擦っても綺麗に落ちなかったのが、この洗剤を使ってみると、驚きです。 コップ一杯ぐらいの水にこの洗剤をキャップ一杯位をコーヒーポットに入れてブラシで擦らづに蓋を閉めてぐるぐる揺すって数分で蓋を開けて中を みるとビックリ!! 透明な水が真っ黒になってコーヒーの垢が綺麗に取れていました。この商品は大正解でした。家内も喜んでいます。もっと早く 知っていれば良かったです。

This cleaner works incredibly well. Had a carafe that had coffee stains built up from nobody washing it for ages. Used this + a brush and got it sparkling clean in a few minutes.
