Danco15799B 11N-2H/C Hot/Cold Stem for KOHLER Tub/Shower Faucets, Brass

I purchased one for the cold side of the faucet and it worked perfectly. I purchased another one for the hot side of the faucet and it failed within a few weeks. I received both parts with blue plastic parts. The blue plastic softened with the hot water and stripped out. Now you picture shows a red part. This is for hot water not cold water. You should replace my part with the right one. Your page says for both hot and cold.

installed yesterday and works so far, I had to replace both hot and cold stem, bought one from home depot and one from amazon. they both turn off and on the in same direction so my take some getting use to . but so far everything is working just fine

Great part and quality. Love the fact that it was quicker to get than the local supply house. Handle stem is always a issue with older handles but this fit snug like the day it was made.

replacement for 60 year old original. this won't last a month.
