This pot is very well made. Heavy bottom. I use it to make pasta and boiled eggs. I bring my water to a boil and then submerge the basket with the eggs in the boiling water. When they are done, I simply raise the basket out. I allow the water to cool before draining. This is a big pot and is heavy when empty and very heavy when it is full. If you struggle to lift, you may want to consider something smaller.

Nice heavy stainless steel pot. Very versatile because it has the steamer as well as the pot itself.

Heavy durable pot

The wife, and I love this pot. It is the perfect pasta pot. We really don’t use the insert, as we use tongs to move pasta directly to the sauces we make. This pot boils quickly, and is an absolute breeze to clean. We have made pasta, soup, stew, and braised many meats in this. I would absolutely but this again.

This is well made and attractive. However, it should be used only for very large amounts of food. Otherwise it wastes water and is heavy. A very large and heavy pot/insert/cover. Not practical for typical everyday use. Great for large amounts of pasta, etc.

I was hoping to be able to make couscous using this pot, however, the strainer is so big it occupies more than half the pot so there is no way I can have meat and veggies cooking in the bottom while the couscous is vaporizing. Too bad!

I was so excited when I opened the box and pulled this pasta pot out! It is sturdy, easy to clean, and has such an adorable shape.

This is a great pasta/versital pot...but I was amazed at how much water it took to fill it up...hence boiling time is a little longer than I planned on. My mistake was buying the 10 quart instead of a smaller one, it is just two of us. Otherwise, I would recommend this pot to my daughters.

I love the design . I saw it on a virtual trips.io cooking class in Rome. I'm glad that you had it. Great for medium or small amounts of pasta. It heated up very quickly on my old electric stove The strainer part has enough holes, plus bumps as feet on the bottom.The top part of the pot has a collar of metal that helps prevent pasta water going everywhere! I would like & prefer to have a clear lid as well. The company has not responded to my email 😔 the only -ve aspect of this pot. Just great and easy to clean!

It is a beautiful looking pot for sure but it does not work on induction stove was advertised as induction but it clearly is not
