120 Day Starter Kit

I've tried so many things for my extremely anxious cat, including the vets who wanted £170 a month for anxiety medication and nothing has worked UNTIl this! Within a few hours of plugging in the diffuser and a little bit of spray he's a totally relaxed, cuddly happy cat! I'm beyond happy to see him so happy and I'm so glad I tried this and at such a great price! Arrived in a lovely box explaining how it works and I'm blown away! Absolutely thrilled! I always used Feliway spray on blanket to calm my cat during even the shortest car travel (which stresses her). I needed to de-stress her at home for awhile, though, so got a diffuser. That's when I discovered how much she hates the stuff - her favourite room suddenly became a room to avoid at all costs. I turned to Pet Remedy, and the effectiveness was apparent within hours. A much calmer, more relaxed cat; and as an added bonus, it works for all mammals - including humans. Used as per instructions (low to ground in draught-free environment), the diffuser didn't last as long as claimed (then again, none of them ever do), but lasted significantly longer than a competitor's diffuser that I've used in the past (other cats), probably because the Pet Remedy diffuser operates at a lower temperature (another bonus - less energy required). The smell may seem a little unusual initially, but isn't unpleasant. I contacted Pet Remedy directly with a query, and got a response to my email within an hour. Further messaging gave me confidence that their customer service is of the highest standard. I've learned from the episode, and my primary mistake in assuming that what suited previous cats would be suitable for my current one. Diffusers ARE the most expensive option, but they're invaluable for longer-term home use. I now know they should ALWAYS be used for initial use, too; and feel somewhat guilty for ignorantly adding to my pet's stress in the past with the intention of alleviating it. If a pet actively avoids a room containing an operating diffuser; it's not the right product for them. I'm so happy I discovered Pet Remedy - it really made a significant difference when it was most needed; and will be my go-to for the duration of my pet's life. Can't recommend it enough!

I like this product, I do feel it works and adds calm, it does have a smell so you have to be ok with that, I dont mind it personally. I like this product for cats, if you are looking for a FIX to a problem its usually a combination of things, and this is a really great addition! It does not cure all, but it definitely makes the cats I have had in my care feel calmer

I first came across this when I took my kitten to the vet. He was shaking like a leaf and the receptionist gave me a towel to put over his basket. She then handed me the spray and he settled really quickly. The kitten was a rescue. He bites and so had been given up by his first family and I thought the plug in would help to stop his aggression. I'm not sure if it did or not; he was at the vets for neutering which should have helped to calm his aggression anyway. I still think that the spray works miracles in calming a very frightened kitten. It smells pleasant and is quick and easy to use. However, the plug in is a different story. As other reviewers have commented, it smells like smelly feet and for the first week or so, it is totally overpowering. I thought it had settled down until my son walked in (8 weeks into usage) and told me that he could smell smelly feet. I switched the plug in off 2 days ago and there has been no noticeable deterioration in my cat's behaviour. His aggression does not appear to have returned as yet. If his aggression does return, I'll update.

Great value. They do smell quite strongly though - I thought cats would be the only ones to smell it. No noise which is a bonus and there is a little light that stays on. I would order again as I think it had calmed my cat down - as he's quite anxious as he has a lot of health issues.

We have been struggling for a while with a Lurcher (rescue dog who had been found on the streets) who understandably has quite a few issues one being extreme anxiety in the house. This manifested itself with almost constant barking the slightest sound both from outside and inside would trigger this and it could take a while to calm him. He was always twitchy and on edge his ears pricked back listening never relaxed for long. We had tried the Adaptil plug in as recommended by the Dogs Trust from where we re-homed him from but though at first it seemed to work, It ended up being a disappointment though it may work with other dogs it certainly did not with ours. It was then that we tried the Pet Remedy plug in though at first we admit we were not holding out much hope but thought wort a go. To our delight this product really worked we noticed an almost immediate difference with our dog simply chilling in his bed stretched out seemingly without a care in the world. Any barks were few and far between and also became extremely half hearted one or two tiny woofs without getting up or even raising his head. As if he was thinking that will have to do I am far to comfortable to bother with anything more then go back to snoozing. When up and about he wandered around the house just as calm and seemed to enjoy playtime much more. One day we noticed he was on edge once more and the barking was starting up again so we looked at the plug ins around the home only to discover the one in the lounge had virtually dried up we immediately replaced the bottle and within a very short time a wave of calmness came over our dog. proving to us beyond doubt just how good this product is a total life saver. The reason we had missed this was the bottle had run out after just over a month, earlier than the advertised 60 days for one refill. we contacted actual company Pet Remedy who we have to say were amazing i had sent an email to them and was expecting it to be several days before i received a reply also by email but to my surprise we were telephoned within about an hour of my email being sent. An incredibly helpful man called Martyn from Pet remedy chatted for some time and it seems that the oscillating fans we have had running most of the days during the hot weather could be to blame due to the amount of air turbulence they create. On the whole i would say it has had a massive impact for the better on the quality of our dog's life as he is no longer the same nervy dog that jumped at his own shadow. One final thing I suppose there can be no guarantees as all dogs are different but we would recommend most highly the trying of this product.

I bought this to help two older cats I adopted to settle in after the vet recommend Pet Remedy. They had always lived together but don't particularly care for each other and there was constant hissing and bullying. As well as the stress of moving and having new humans. I got this after having the cats for about 6 months. I can't say I noticed an immediate difference and the little spray didn't seem to do anything, but after the first month they were different cats, they get on much better and one of them was very scatty, crazy and unpredictable, she's now much calmer and affectionate and more normal. The other had stopped grooming properly and she's slowly getting back to normal too. I also put some of the spray around their beds on bonfire night and they were very calm the whole night. The smell is a bit weird and not very pleasant but it doesn't spread too much, I had it near their beds and if I lit a scented candle it covered the smell straight away.

Didn't notice my any difference in my dogs. But my house smelt like I had continuously been cooking Brussels sprouts 🤮

I’ve only used the small spray bottle at the moment as the diffuser requires me to get a UK adapter for Australia. However, it does seem to calm my puppy down. Not instantaneous, but in a reasonably short time. So far, I’m happy.
