Tangy and Yummy
I have tried a number of different jarred/canned hollandaise sauces and this is the best that is currently available. It has an excellent texture and a nice tangy bite to it, though it seems to lack a bit of depth of flavor. It heats up easily in a microwave.

Ease of use
If you like your eggs with hollandaise sauce but do not like the work required to make it this is a good choice. Flavorful, a bit tart but I like that, and very easy to use. I transferred the amount I was going to use and heated it for a few seconds in the Micro and done.

A wonderful option to have on hand
This sauce has great flavor and is very rich. I like it best on poached eggs, but it's also great on salmon and chicken. I'm incapable of making hollandaise sauce (and many other things) so this is an excellent option for me. The jars are small, but you don't need a ton to add plenty of flavor to your meal. If you eat hollandaise on a frequent basis, this may be too pricey. I like it on occasion and love having it available when I want. Stores in the cupboard until opened. Definitely repurchasing.

The most bitter Hollandaise EVER!
I've made my own Hollandaise for many years based on several recipes I was able to garner from some of the 5 star restaurant's chefs, and they were all palate pleasers. I decided to try a bottled one in order to save the time it takes to make it at home. After reading the 1st and only review for this product (which was a 5 star...I think the customer might have been trying to get someone else sucked into buying it!), I decided to try it. I purchased 4 jars. BIG mistake! This is the WORST TASTING Hollandaise I could ever imagine! Tried it at room temp, then tried heating it to see if the bitter taste would go away but to no avail. This stuff is horrible! The only nice thing about the product is the shape of the jar. I'm going to make a huge batch of my own home made Hollandaise and store it in the jars. Thought about giving the three unopened jars away, but I don't have any enemies I hate THAT much! I poured their contents down the toilet (hope it doesn't ruin my sewage system!) and thoroughly washed the bottles for my own use. If you're looking to have a great Hollandaise sauce at home, I highly recommend you MAKE it at home!

Very strong lemon/vinegar taste
I so wanted to like this, as it’s so convenient, but it doesn’t work for me as a hollandaise. I’m going to try to use it on fish and asparagus, so am not going to totally ding it, as it may be good for another use, but way too lemony/vinegary for my eggs Benedict

Best Hollandaise Sauce in a bottle
I love Eggs Benedict. Finding a decent hollandaise is hard. I tried making my own, but the eggs always curdled. I’d tried package mixes, but they didn’t cut it. I finally tried Delhi’s Fils. It was perfect. It’s pricey, but worth it. Don’t try to microwave this as it will curdle. You need to scoop out the amount you need into a small glass bowl and heat it in a pan of hot water, or use the warming burner on your stove.

The Lazy Man's Hollandaise
This is a really fine hollandaise that keeps indefinitely in the fridge after being opened, or on the shelf before opening. It's just the ticket for a quick Eggs Benedict. The maker's Bearnaise is not always available, but to turn this into a creamy Bearnaise, all you have to do is microwave some tarragon in a tablespoon of butter, then stir in the Hollandaise. I have been buying this product at Whole Foods for years, but I was thrilled to find it on Amazon, which saves me a longish drive. This is a dream product that lets the home cook prepare some really special dishes, and I recommend it highly.
