What are Gymreapers Weightlifting Grips used for?

They’re made for heavy pulling workouts like deadlifts, rows, pullups, lat pulldowns, and heavy carries. By taking grip out of the equation, they let you stay locked in on your lats, lower back, and traps for stronger lifts.

How do they help reduce grip fatigue?

The custom-cut rubber grip pad is shaped to match your hand and wraps the bar for a strong, secure hold. Shaped padding cushions your palm, so you can push through heavy, high-rep sets without your grip giving out early.

Are they comfortable, and do they support my wrists?

Yes. The ergonomic design and shaped padding reduce pressure on your palm, while the wrist wrap adds support and a secure fit, keeping them comfortable and stable through long, heavy sessions.

They’re made from premium, durable materials, including thick, custom-cut rubber that wraps the bar, nylon, and neoprene wrist padding. Improved stitching and double-stitched rubber and nylon hold up under heavy, repeated use.

What size are they, and will they fit me?

Choose from three sizes (S, M, L). Measure around your wrist bone and check the sizing chart in the images for your match. The adjustable strap lets you adjust your fit for a snug, comfortable feel.
