It REALLY works, but give it time.
So I occasionally have trouble going, to the point where I feel bloated. It usually ends up resolving itself but sometimes it gets to the point that I have to do something. I bought this about a week ago, and didn't use it until Sunday morning. I went a few hours after, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I drank another bag on Monday morning, around 6:30am. Had minor stomach rumblings throughout the day, until around 3:30pm when I had to sprint to the bathroom. The urge to go was very sudden. As soon I sat down, the floodgates opened. 10 minutes later, I felt like I literally lost about 5 lbs. Success. This stuff is great. More effective (and reliable) than 3 Ballerina tea. Tastes MUCH better. If it doesn't work right away, try another tea bag the next day.

Good but causes stomach pain
The taste was good. I drank a cup last night around 7:00pm. I woke up to slight stomach pains around 3:30am. Its 6:36am and the stomach pains are worse. I have gone number 2 twice so far. No loose stool or anything. Its working but I don't think I'll drink this tea again because the stomach pains are awful.

I have a medical condition that makes always constipated, so I take stool softeners to help. Even with the softeners I wasn't feeling relieved after going to the restroom. After not going to the restroom the 4th day, I panic. I have been to the ER because of constipation. Already on my 4th day of not going, this product came in the mail. I was both happy it got here so I could try it and worried it wouldn't work. I made 2 tea bags brewed in 1 cup of water, drink it after waiting 10 minutes then went to bed. Small stomach growls through the night,. When he morning came I had a blueberry muffin and a cup of coffee for breakfast. 4 bites of my muffin and a sip of my coffee and I had a strong urge to go use the rest room.This stuff works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I went more than usual and my stomach felt relief. normal poop then light dierea.Next time Im going to try just 1 tea bag.

As a daily Senna user for IBS w chronic constipation, this is definitely not ‘strong’ I had to steep 3+ teabags, two days in a row to produce a single bm :( It tastes good. Probably would work well for someone with occasional issues. But not for chronic constipation
