Is it sturdy? If empty will it maintain its shape?

It is canvas so yes it is sturdy. If it is empty it probably won’t maintain its shape. This was a Christmas gift for my son.

I purchased this for my son less than six months ago and now one of the seams is coming apart. Is there a warranty or replacement option for this bag?

I threw mine out after 10 days of still smelling like a Rock Cod. Not worth the shipping charge to return it.
