We absolutely love this pan. If you want to cook eggs or chicken without using oil or butter this is the pan for you.

UPDATE: The customer service from the seller contacted me very promptly and offered me a replacement. I needed a pan so I had already purchased one from a local store but they sent me one anyway free of cost as a good gesture. This one is definitely much better than the on I purchased from the local store which was pretty much the same price. The new pan came in a very secure packaging - Box wrapped in bubble wrap and in another box. Pan was in-tact and is very good, It is heavy and works well. Very good heat distribution. I believe the first one a victim of poor handling during shipment. But kudos to their customer service to take a quick action and satisfy their customer. The pan itself looks good and heavy but pan's handle came in broken. It is still attached to the pan with a screw but the plastic part in between the handle and the metal is broken into pieces due to which pan is very wobbly. All the broken plastic pieces were in the bag in which the pan was packaged. The box is not damaged though. See attached pictures. Doesn't look like it was damaged during shipping as the box was not damaged. Pan was packaged in a small box which was then packaged in a larger box and both boxes were in-tact. I don't know if it is poor design or poor material (plastic) that attaches the handle to the pan. Or it could be a damaged piece from the factory and was packaged as is. A pity since the pan itself looks sturdy. Unfortunately have to return.

You can toast tomatoes and peppers and still it’s so easy to clean. I loved it! Great quality, and works great on my induction stove top! It’s worth the price. I wish this brand would make all kinds of pots and pans, I’d buy them!

I make very often crepes for my family and I have to share the nonstick frying pan with my wife. She often burns something on it and ruining the nonstick coating. Also, I have problems with large frying pans waffled in the middle and no longer flat and that is bad for making crepes. You can't cook crepes on low heat to prevent waffling the frying pan. I use medium-high settings 6-7 (as 1 is lowest and 9 is highest). I bought 1 pan to try it. Used it 3-4 times and then I purchased second one because I always use 2 to make crepes for breakfast. It takes about 1h to cook all the crepes for 2 days breakfast for family of 4. So far very happy. I have no problems with sticking or uneven heat. The pan is non stick. If you don't use any oil will not work as nonstick. I use butter, taste better. One thing that I don't like is the ver low/short sides, is harder to flip the crepes, longer and curved side helps a lot for flipping. On the other hand, it is great, because my wife will not use the frying pans for anything and that means she will not ruin them. They are dedicated for crepes only.

I planned to buy a raclette grill, but we didn’t have space for it in our kitchen, especially considering we would use it like once a month. This shallow pan was a good middle ground for melting raclette cheese. I also use it to make omelette since it fits 5 eggs without overflowing and the low sides make it easier to flip. Good quality, easy to clean.

I wanted to love this so much! It looks really cool and it is light and seems durable. The issue I ran into is that I couldn’t get it really hot. I wanted it to make flatbreads with a browned crust and I couldn’t get the pan hot enough (with oil in it) to get a nice browned crust. Bummer. It seemed perfect.

I am extremely happy that I made this purchase. I tried quite a few of them before making this purchase and either the non-stick came off or the handle or the pan was flimsy. This pan is a savior. I use it to make dosa- all kinds and they come out really good and crispy. It is sturdy and easy to use. 100% recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a good crepe or dosa pan.

焦げ付かないのは結構いいですが、内面の中央が少し高く、温度が低かったりすると、粉を溶いた液体を入れると外側に流れてしまい中央に液がなくなってしまい使いずらいです。
