I did order this as a gift for my brother and I'm really pleased and happy because it is a very beautiful cup. It is well made, durable, it looks delicate but also sturdy, and the details are beautifully made. I love it! My only complain is that the box came in a plastic envelope and it got a bit damaged on two corners. I would like they pack it inside another box, so it can be more protected during delivery. But overall I'm impressed with it, it is so beautiful that today I ordered another one. It came in a blue box with satin inside, a spoon, a little mantel to place it and a piece of pink satin. This makes a beautiful gift for a special person in your life. Thanks to the seller and Amazon!

Xmas gift, she loved it

I've always wanted one of these but won't buy it for myself, so I used Christmas as an excuse to buy it as a gift for a coworker. She loves it and says it's too pretty to use, so she's keeping it on display. It has a very nice, solid weight to it and feels high quality.

I had so many choices: red, blue, tall, short? I went with the tall red, but honestly there are no bad choices. It is not hard to wash, but some may not care for hand washing. The most surprising detail is how comfortable the red fose on the handle is. My thumb feels "just right." When my son first saw the cup, he admired it and said I might have to go back to work for a day or two, just to show off my new cup. One of my all-time best purchases. And, it is so well-packaged that it makes a perfect gift for any tea or coffee drinker.
