Amazing heavy duty paper shredder
I had been using standard / routine paper shredders in my office for last many years. Each of these would last for only a couple of months and would develop one problem or the other. This is not with any specific brand but a universal problem with run of the mill shredders. They are built to meet a certain target price and not performance. The last shredder I had, had to be repaired repeatedly every few months, and finally I threw it out and bought this one. Am I glad I bought this one. Though it's only been a few weeks since I bought this, I am really impressed with the performance. Shreds 12 to 15 pages in one go and without any fuss. The noise level is super low. No vibration, no dust flying from the shreds and no such problem. Yes size is a little bigger than the previous one I had, but that is one negative I am more than happy to overlook for its superb performance. Overall a highly recommended shredder for every day office use. Expensive but a solid work horse, in a few weeks you wouldn't regret the amount spent. Just close your eyes and buy this one....

Warrenty offered with this product only valid from specific seller.
I really felt cheated as I purchased this product by seeing it's warrenty. With in 1 months of purchase it started showing issues and finally on 24th dec it stopped working. Worst product and worst policy of warrenty only from single seller. Issue with the motor and the cost including GST is almost equivalent to the cost of the product.

A Good shredder for not so heavy usage.
Been using for a month. Works well, as described. There's a 30-40 minute cool down for 2 minutes of continuous usage; but can shred 60-80 papers in those 2 mins. Leaving a few mins gap between 4-5 shreds is a good idea to avoid cool down kicking in. Tried some low ply cardboard (Amazon's package) and it works with that as well.(use at your own risk). The resultant shredded waste is great for packaging buffers.

Sturdy product with good Design..
Product seems to be sturdy and design looks good. Only problem is that is doesn't have wheels and Bin capacity is very less.

Broke down after less than a month; motor was working but feeder could not pull paper in.
Worked great at first, able to take in 8 to 10 pieces of paper at a go. Motor gradually sounded more belaboured after two weeks and required down time more quickly. Soon after, the feeder stopped working and paper couldn’t be fed into machine even though motor was working.

No la compren es tirar el dinero a la basura
Es una autentica basura. Funciono unas 15 veces la deje de usar y ya no trabaja. Es una pena que una marca que consideraba de calidad esté dispuesta a vender este producto.
