I bought these to try a recipe but had never used dried Curry leaves before and was concerned they would be too spicy for us. They give a nice aroma and flavor but are not too spicy. I now use them in along any dish where I would use curry powder.

Great and fresh.

The leaves are whole and not broken into small pieces, which makes it easy to toast them in oil or add them directly to dishes. They rehydrate quickly when cooked and release a fragrant, slightly citrusy flavor that really enhances traditional recipes. The packaging is convenient and keeps the leaves fresh. Even after opening, they retain their fragrance for several weeks if stored properly. A small amount goes a long way because the flavor is quite concentrated.

As dried curry leaves go, these are fine, butthere is just no comparison to fresh. I live in the boondocks, so I can rarely score the fresh leaves, and I do use this, but if you can get the fresh at an Indian grocery, I'd do that instead, for sure.

I wasn’t sure these would give me the flavor profile that I was looking for. But to my surprise it did! I will definitely be buying these again and they last, I purchased this a year ago and still use today.

Haven't used it yet but so far I have no complaints.
