Great little personal fan
This personal fan works great. Please keep in mind it works well 5 or 6 feet away, it is small. It is quiet and moves the air well. Just a personal fan, not a room fan but it does work well. The only thing I am not thrilled with is you have to toggle through the on buttons to shut it off...no big deal, if I remember to shut it off!

For hot nights.
I bought this Dr. Prepare Tower Fan to use at night, and it's been excellent. It moves a surprising amount of air for its size, and the 110° oscillation helps cool the whole room instead of just one spot. I like the three speed settings and timer options, so I can set it to turn off after I fall asleep. It's also much quieter than I expected, which makes it perfect for sleeping. It's compact, easy to move around, and has made a big difference on hot nights. I would definitely buy it again.

Neat!
I needed a small but not-so-small fan for my bedroom to get some airflow on one side of the room that just seems to never cool down, even with the air conditioning on. Something about that corner just collects all the warm air. I wanted a tower fan for space concerns, but all of the ones I've seen are riddled with the same problem: not very much air flow for the size of the unit. This fan seemed like it would be a perfect solution. It is. The air flow from the twin fans is good enough to move the air on that side of the room, and on high can be felt as a good breeze from 4 feet away. It's also very quiet. It does put out a little bit of a medium high frequency hum on high, but it's not too loud...just enough to let you know it's on. The oscillation is pretty much silent except for a very faint tick at each stop. Overall I think this is a pretty good little fan. I've got it blowing on me right now and I can see that the temperature in that corner of the room is going down now. I dig it. One thing I think could be better, and the reason for the 4-star, is if the fan didn't turn on automatically as soon as it's plugged in. Thad doesn't make any sense.

Works well after nightly use nearly 4 years later
Bought this fan during a July week where a three day power outage took out our AC unit for two weeks. It saved me and my hamster by keeping the room cool enough. It's it the most powerful? No. For is size or works well. Unfortunately I got very accustomed to the sound and airflow and the fan has run nightly since it's purchase. So if we look at the math, that's over 1400 days of continuous use. It's got a bit of a really rattle to it that is intermittent now, but I call it character. The fan and it's occasional rattle is quiet and I sleep well. It was literally plug and play installation, nothing fancy. The oscillation is a value add and provides versatility in use. There are three different power settings with the option to turn on the oscillation or not.

Perfect and Powerful
This is a Great little fan. It's small but very powerful. It's a great buy for the price. I have a big oscillating fan that I was using, but after buying Dr.Prepare Tower I got rid of that big fan. This little fan cools my whole bedroom.

Mostly for show
When I purchased this fan I had a specific purpose in mind for it. I keep a big AC unit in the front window of my house, and it does a pretty good job of keeping the entire first floor cool. Getting the cool air into the kitchen, though, the back-most room of the house, is a bit of a challenge. There's not a direct line of sight, so there are walls in the way. I've always kept a small fan in the archway of my living room, aiming down the short hallway toward the kitchen. The old fan finally died, which was a relief because I was always tripping over it. This one was meant to be its replacement. I figured it was tall and thin, rather than short and squat, so it would more easily stay out of the way of my feet. It has two spinning fans, so it should push a decent amount of cold air down the hallways. I was correct on the first count, but not on the second. The unit is good-looking enough. It stands in the corner of that archway and I haven't tripped over it yet. So in those respects, it's been good. There are clearly labeled buttons on the front, indicating three speeds, whether or not you want it to oscillate, and so forth. Each one operates properly and does what it is labeled to do. What the fan doesn't do is push very much air down the hall. I have both fans facing in the same direction, no oscillation, and on the highest speed setting, and I feel nothing when I'm more than about five feet away from it. Within those five feet, I get a pretty good breeze, but beyond that... zilch. If you were sitting at a desk, and had this on or under your desk, aimed directly at you, helping to keep you cool in a hot office, it would probably be fine. But for the purpose of moving any volume of air any real distance, I would not recommend. I only gave it three stars because it looks good, operates as it is supposed to (in terms of the buttons), and would be good for closer-range cooling. It is not good enough for my purpose, though.

It really WORKS!!!
I tend to get hot at night, so I purchased this fan for to sit on my nightstand right where I sleep. I had a 20 inch box fan but it was too big for the nightstand, and on the floor I would have to position the fan backwards so that I could feel the airflow. When this arrived, I immediately opened it up to try it out. Not only was I amazed about the airflow and offering three speeds to adjust to my comfort, but the size and look of this fan sits perfectly on my nightstand. The functionality of rotating the airflow is a plus. It’s also quieter than my other fan. I have a king size bed all to myself and no matter where I lay on the bed It has the capability to provide all the cool comfort I need. It’s been five days now since I received this product and it is definitely 💯 a keeper! Try it , you’ll like it. Brenda.. Reisterstown, Md.

Quiet
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really happy with this desk fan! It’s super quiet but surprisingly powerful, so it keeps me cool without making any noise. The remote control is also incredibly handy—I can adjust the settings without getting up. Great quality, easy to use, and perfect for my desk. I definitely recommend it!

Fabulous powerful fan, at a very reasonable price
Fantastic fan, this is my second purchase, within a month of the first one. I mistakenly got the first without a remote control by error but as it was a heat wave we just wanted to use it. The remote makes a difference for me as I’m disabled I have more independence having a remote. The price is more than reasonable, I wondered if it would be effective I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Highly recommend
