knowing how much they hold would be nice 2oz, 16 oz?

I believe they are either 10 or 12 oz (pretty sure 12 is correct). They are definitely larger than 8 but not 16. I will measure one this evening to confirm.

Are there lids that will fit these?

Depending on the type of lids you are looking for, these might help. And if not, there are other varieties that you can see by scrolling down and looking at the section titles 'items related to this'. https://www.amazon.com/Boon-SNUG-Straw-Orange-Green/dp/B017IQZDX2/ref=pd_bxgy_75_img_3?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B017IQZDX2&pd_rd_r=6e7fe2c7-0fb6-11e9-9538-b564f1ff8e38&pd_rd_w=FBjrL&pd_rd_wg=23yLz&pf_rd_p=6725dbd6-9917-451d-beba-16af7874e407&pf_rd_r=MZX9DC9BF3AY061KYNFZ&refRID=MZX9DC9BF3AY061KYNFZ&th=1

Do these have an interior plastic coating?

I don't see or feel plastic. I did notice after I had lemon aid in the glass it left a haze behind. I am not sure why. Otherwise they seam like the ones my grandma had.
