Sock-It Dressy, Black, Medium/Large

I got this to cover a foot cast and it was the closest thing to solid black I could find. I didn't realize the design on it was made of glitter! The glitter started to come off before I even unpackaged it so I didn't ever wear it since I didn't want to get glitter in my walking boot.

This cover is cute, but it did not fit my walking boot. I have to wear a tall walking boot for the next six months that has a bright blue liner. I hate the look of it and was looking for something to tone done its appearance. Unfortunately, because I have an Achilles tendon injury, my boot is soft in the back and front. So this liner did not work. I assumed incorrectly that it worked like an actual sock and would cover the whole liner, but it only covers the front half. When I ordered this, that was not clearly specified in the description. So this won't work for my boot. However, since it is cute, I still liked the product. This would work great if you are in a standard boot. I checked with an old low top walking boot that I had I the closet and it looked nice and fit well. Just a note though, while it looks like the boot is patterned with white and grey tones, it is actually shiny, sparkly silver, so it may be a little much for some people.

I purchased several items from CastMedic and love them all - except this one! This design was actually my favorite, but the biggest downfall (and reason I returned) was the insane amount of GLITTER on this sock.This is a great idea - an open ended sock that attaches by velcro (hook and loop) to the boot giving it some flair. However, this design in particular has glitter on it that got everywhere when I tried it on the first time. EVERYWHERE. If you are in a boot, you know how hard cleaning is - this is cute, but not worth the mess.

I was disappointed in this product. It was really 1/2 a sock (front only). I wanted a whole sock to cover the cast. I returned it.

My adult daughter had a serious car accident and had to wear a removable boot on her leg. This was a perfect gift to cheer her up. She really loved it. And this one was for her to dress up when she goes out.

Looked nice, got plenty of compliments. I work in a professional office and wanted something that would be less distracting than the clunky boot.Only reason this isn't a 5 star is the trail of glitter that followed me everywhere

Not good over my cast. No way to attach it and it only covered the front of my leg.

It's pretty, but the glitter falls all over the place. The boot that I ended up getting from the doc. is too largefor this sock. Guess I will find another use for it!
