Work Wear Men's Mandal Pant

I bought these Helly-Hansen rain pants for a training event in Tennessee early this November, 2025. I was prepared to use them at the advice of an event instructor to be ready for cold rain and snow in the morning, but warm afternoons as well. These pants fit the bill for that and functioning well as the outer, semi-insulated layer. I wore these Hansen pants over long johns and a regular pair of pants, and they worked well to keep me dry in the rain an snow. I was able to move freely in those elements doing a lot of bending and lifting, as well as hoping in and out of operating vehicles. They were also easily shed for when the weather got warmer. My only learning curve was to get used to having pants on that didn't really have pockets, but other than that, these pants worked well. They didn't run hot when I went indoors out of the cold and rain / snow, and they were light enough that I didn't really noticed I essentially had a second pair of pants on. While I don't believe these are ANSI rated for visibility, I did opt for the bright yellow color to supplement a high visibility safety vest, which I thought couldn't hurt while operating in a heavy machinery area under lower visibility conditions. I did get heavy equipment oil, grease, grime and rubber track stains on my pants, but the majority of it cleans off well, and though I wouldn't do it again, I was able to wash and dry these garments with regular clothes without wearing the garments down. These pants are a little on the high side for price, but I feel they will last long enough to pay for themselves with longevity. I'm a medium size and I feel they fit well, no problem, and are accurate to that size. I hope this review helps and thank you for reading!

Excellent heavy weight rain pants. I detail heavy duty trucks and equipment for a living and wear these along with the jacket for degreasing jobs, these are truly waterproof and very durable. The only downside is they aren't breathable so you will get hot and sweaty, but that's to be expected with a product like this.

They are somewhat small for a woman's rear end. They fit fine standing up, but they are too tight sitting down. These pants are for emergencies. They will definitely keep you dry. They won't tear as easily (if at all) as straight PVC does. They seem to be a good quality for the price.

These pants really are waterproof. I had to shorten them for my husband, but it was easy: just cut them to the length needed! No fraying. Ordered 2 sizes larger than normal pants, since he wears them over his jeans and they fit perfectly.

I bought these to keep my legs dry when saw cutting through concrete. The fit is great and they seem very durable, but water definitely gets through to my legs. I sprayed them off before I took them off, and my pants underneath were soaked pretty quickly.

The waterproof is not fake... It works fine, actually very good, but it's tooooo expensive for a piece of crap make... I wore it once and it tore completely.... Worthless piece of .......... I bought a cheaper rain suit at the local farm town shop and it's a 10th of the price and it doesn't tore if you turn like this $100 worthless rain suit....

Purchased for tall slender granddaughter to Mach her rain parka. Fit well, well constructed, fit well, and should last a lifetime. A little stiff at first for sitting but great protection against the elements.

These are durable and absolutely water proof. I use them in the garden and at the barn. I have two pairs....one for back up. My first have been with me for four years. I am very short, so they are a bit long, but I just fold them up.

Perso j'adore le coloris et vu l'épaisseur je pense que ce pantalon ne devrait pas bouger avec le temps. Vu le prix je suis conquis ! Desde luego el acabado muy bueno, esperaba el típico pantalón de nylon con forro engomado, pero en cambio me he encontrado con una tela gruesa muy bien plastificada. El amarillo no es de alta visibilidad, aún así es bastante vistoso y llamativo. Todavía no los he probado con lluvia, pero llegado el caso dudo que me llegue a mojar lo más mínimo. Por ponerles alguna pega, el ser tan gruesos hace que, al guardarlos, ocupen bastante más espacio que los normales tipo chubasquero. Actualización: ya están probados en lluvia, ni una sola queja, de hecho me he encontrado con la grata sorpresa de que no producen condensación y al quitártelos estás bien seco.

Diese Hose ist gut sichtbar in der Dunkelheit und ist einfach überzuziehen, da sie nicht zu eng geschnitten ist. Der Regentest war erfolgreich - sie hält absolut dicht und somit ist das Fahrradfahren oder sonstige Arbeiten bei Schmuddelwetter auch möglich. Die Hose ist am Bauch und an den Beinabschlüssen individuell einstellbar. Dadurch das die Hose so regendicht und auch matschdicht ist, ist sie nicht so elastisch wie manch andere Regenhosen, die man fürs Fahrrad kennt. Allerdings ist sie somit wesentlich langlebiger und robuster. Auch von der Größe ist sie wie eine S - 34/36. Rundum gut!
