It definitely does lift the neck and take the pressure off the spine. It’s a little big for my head, but it works. It’s comfortable to sit in a chair with I like the way it feels on the body upon opening the product. It was easy to use it takes the pressure off my severely hurt herniated cervical spine with pinched nerves. I can sit in my chair comfortably, and my head is completely supported. The velvet is something I wasn’t used to the fabric, but it is what it is. I think they should make a smaller size . Just saying. If you suffer with neck pain shoulder pain this would really help you. I am severe and I’m getting no pain while wearing it. My head is completely supported which I like and it’s comfortable on my shoulders. I work on a computer. I’m always on my phone besides the point but comp work doom scrolling anggravates my pain bad. and I’m on my phone right now looking at it in a reasonable cervical position and it’s helping the pain . I would recommend this.

It is a simple device and does bring comfort! Of course, it doesn't fix the underlying issue but the pain relief is greatly appreciated.

I bought this neck traction device hoping it would help with an issue that I was having at the time. It did relieve my neck pains and helped to stretch out the muscles that were binding due to a high stress event I was going through. I found the device to be slightly awkward to use so held back from 5 stars but I would recommend this for anyone in a similar situation that I was going through.

I broke my neck. While going through the workers comp process for them to discover that I broke my neck took three or four months. Would alleviate a lot of pain. Even after having two discs replaced in my neck it was beneficial to use a couple times just to give my neck a reprieve.

This has worked great for my husbands neck. He was in a car accident, and needed something to help stretch. Super easy to use. Instant relief

Worked good when it worked I used it for a few days when I bought it stored it somewhere where it shouldn’t have any reason to get damaged and when I tried using it again it won’t hold air. I tried tightening the little knob that traps the air by the pump more and that did nothing I tried trapping the air with the little ball in the upper part of the tube and air still escaped and that only left one thing the air was escaping from the tubes that hold the air around the neck. I pumped air in again and listened and I can hear air escaping from within the neck area I’ve used it maybe 4 days at most and not even that high of a pressure maybe I got some old tubes or defective product idk but sure wish it was working right now. I can’t see any damage so it’s something that happened in the interior

This is effective in providing support, but it’s kind of time consuming to get it pumped up(!), which can be a problem when neck pain gets bad. It’s definitely a solid product, and it does take up less space than a traditional cervical collar.

I was skeptical at first, but felt the difference from the very first use. Using it on a regular basis has totally stopped my pain and headaches. The people that said that it chokes them are putting the straps on too tight and or pumping it too much. You adjust for comfort and only pump until you feel your neck stretched. Then wait 15-20 mins. Yes it can feel uncomfortable at the beginning, but the results stand for itself. Great product.
