Probably my favorite part of the workbook after the calorie counter in the back, is the modifications section, where HGC Chica shares modifications she needed to make that worked for her and did not cause gains or stalls. This section alone is worth the entire price of the workbook!! There is also a section to track your measurements and a diagram of WHERE each measurement should be taken on you. This was also a great help. Overall, I can't say enough about this valuable resource. Anyone who is a first-timer on HCG like me will especially benefit from it, it will save you many issues trying to learn the protocol, and save you hours of trying to find your answers on the internet. There is so much conflicting information on the internet about the protocol that you have to then decide who to believe. HCG Chica has done the diet multiple rounds AND kept the weight off - she knows what she is talking about. This workbook is a diet journal for weight, measurements of body, food diary, food caloric index. Gives you positive quotes each day. Its set up through the phases to guide you. I had a stall that was frustrating- but reading through the book using contents and index i was able to troubleshoot and understand what was happening and if i had made a mistake and what to do, if anything. Hcgchica has her own site- look her up. So much information. I'm so excited that I'm following the hcg protocol and reshaping my body. I never knew toxins are trapped in the brown fat in our bodies. For the people that automatically dis this plan saying yeah starve on 500 cal you'll lose. Uh huh- bless you. Hcg followed as instructed- you don't lose muscle. Starvation causes muscle loss. Diet followed properly- you are still strong but lose the fat layer. I love hcgchica! Her workbook is a much needed tool. Surprisingly, im not hungry between meals. I have a family and little ones looking for baked treats- will power isnt a problem. The diary keeps you honest. I've lost 25 pounds and feel good about myself. Will do several more rounds of this diet to get to my goal weight.

but its not easy. Fortunately
This workbook has been really helpful on my Hcg journey. It gives an overview of the three phases, provides daily log sheets that are quite detailed that you can use to keep track. I chose to make a copy rather than write in the book because I have a long road ahead and many phases to complete-but there are plenty of tracking sheets if you are just doing 1 or two rounds. I appreciate the quotes and positive sayings that she includes in the book because the truth is, this is not for sissys! It's effective, but its not easy. Fortunately, the fact that you aren't hungry helps with the monotony of the limited food choices. One thing about Rayzel is she's upfront and real about the inherent challenges of this program, and so having her discuss the wide variety of issues that come up and the many questions that you may have is super helpful. I also appreciate that she advocates sticking closely to Simeon's original protocol, with the allowance for minor tweaks that work for you. I have enjoyed not only this workbook, but also her blog and definitely her podcasts, which I listen to in the car. I believe that her work has helped many, many people be successful on this program, and I would recommend this workbook to anyone beginning this journey. I've read a comment or two about the style this workbook is written in-informal, handwritten, etc. but to me-it so fits Rayzel's relaxed and playful personality that I really enjoy it! Keep up the good work Rayzel. Thank you for your time and insights!

Helpful on your journey.
This book is what helped me get through the HCG diet. It really goes into detail. I think its an added bonus since I had been constantly searching to find more information on HCG. That I came across HCGchicha (Rayzel Lam) on YouTube, she had been working on a work book for everyone to buy to help on their journey. PROS She gives details..lots There is a whole food list for easy reminder. Every day there is a log to write in your daily info such as weight liquids/ drops/ injection location/ personal notes.... list of Breakfast Lunch and Dinner includes fruit and vegetable check list. Also inside the index there is different links and books to help you do more research. CONS The book is pretty big. About the size of a textbook, so taking it with me in my purse isn't going to cut it. So in retrospect I would have to remember what I ate throughout the day along with the times in order to completely fill the book out. I lost over 20lbs with HCG and that way a year ago. It was really hard. Mostly on a mental level, expecially if you have a deep connection with food. I highly recommend this book if you are ABSOLUTELY serious about starting HCG and sticking with it. It's an investment into your health. Anyways to wrap this up I did need and love this book, was considering another round with HGC this week. I would love if Rayzel could come up with an app or small planner! Which could be helpful for us on the go. Good luck if you decide to dive in!

This book is amazing! It's big, weighty with lots of information. As per all the reviews, it really is a great accompaniment to the hcg diet. I haven't actually started the diet yet but I've got my injections and I'm sure this will really help me on my journey. Can't weight (:)) to start using it!

Das Buch ist in Englisch und man sollte schon ein bisschen mehr als Schulenglisch können um es zu lesen. Der Schreibstil ist locker flockig und man bekommt sehr viel Infos ... als Tipp: geht auch zu ihrer Website, findet ihr beim googlen unter hcgchica, dort erklärt sie in 30 minütigen Videos iw alles funktioniert, gibt Hilfestellungen und macht Interviews mit Frauen die die Stoffwechselkur gemacht haben. Ich bin begeistert und habe bereits 24 kg in zwei Runden abgenommen, ernähre mich jetzt low carb und halte mein neues Gewicht ohne Probleme :-)
