Flavorful
I buy another brand of sausages normally but these looked god so I thought would give them a try. They definitely taste great but my only complaint is the price for the small bag. Price aside these are great.

Absolutely addictive and delicious
After visiting Spain I couldn’t eat salami made in the states. It just doesn’t compare to how they make it there. These sticks are the closest I can find so far in flavor and quality. These are sooooo delicious and I need a bigger bag!

Troubling addictive issue.
Kept eating these like there was some ingredient that is addictive. Be warned. Thought I could satisfy protein craving and move on with my day but there is something happening in the added sweet to spice category which made them addictive. I got a strange craving and ate these whole bag despite trying to put them away etc . Not gonna guess which additive is addictive but it’s definitely in there.

Not terrible but had a strange aftertaste, not sure where the 'cajun' came in. No snap, meat was suspiciously soft.

High Protein Work Snack
Bought for a work snack and it is such a great high protein option. Perfect size for a snack. No odor in the office, resealable bag to keep in my desk, and moisture content is very low, so need to wash hands after. So portable and the texture and flavor is so good. You can taste the smoked andouille and Cajun flavors so well. They go great together. Great deal!

Genuinely taste like proper andoullie
Actual pepper and onion flavor along with... whatever that andouille flavor is. Really good. It has a slight synthetic vibe but is the most natural tasting brand next to Bavarian Meats (but that's top tier and that brand doesn't have any variety).

Just not good compared to other Dukes products
Just not very good. Texture was dried out and hard compared to other Dukes products. Flavor seemed off if it was supposed to be anything like andouille. Honestly wish there was a taste bad refund option.
