when I started taking these pills and combined it with an extra green tea pill, work-out, and 1200-1300 daily calorie intake including the food-pyramid (making sure I ate FP daily requirement) I use to weigh 269 pounds, when I ran-out of my pills (3 bottles) I then weighed 256 pounds. It's not a magic weight melt off pill, you still have to try to lose weight. But I can say it taught me how to eat. It made me feel full before my dinner plate was completed. I took 2 pills for each meal (3 meals) with a 8oz glass of water 30 mins before my meal. It gave energy, but I will say this, once I reached the 256 mark, I came across information about Native Americans having issues with the digestion of milk products that include lactose (the issue is unable to loose weight). So I cut out lactose with almond vanilla milk, lactose free regular milk, blue bonnet light butter (milk free butter), lactose free cheese, and so forth; I've been lactose free for 2 weeks now and I dropped down to 254 pounds (without the pills), I'm back on pills again to continue helping with hunger control. But I just wanted to add in that little tid-bit because once you get the lactose out of your system, (if you had a problem with it) your body will drop weight rapidly. I never knew I had issues with lactose, I always knew hole milk, even 2% milk made me feel strange, that I really never liked drinking milk. Now I love drinking my almond vanilla milk and I get double the calcium and I feel better. Try it. Hurts nothing to try, and it tastes good.

it is a very nice helper as far as energy goes and cleaning ur colon. is you do eat too much you will pay for it personally I take 3 pills a day 2 in the morning one of the evening and it seems to do the trick I'm losing a pound or two a week. I don't just sit on my ass though what I do do is moderate exercise 3 times a week and cut out sweets sugar pop and fast food seems to be working OK my first choice is the stickers when this goes out I will buy the stackers

It doesn't work. NOT AT ALL. After taking an entire bottle I only lost 2 lbs. I was jogging 1 mile, and walking 2 miles every day. I even drank big cups of water before meals, which left little room to eat food. I got sleepy a lot. I say that this stuff, instead of helping my metabolism, hindered it. I could've lost way more weight without them. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! Even though it is cheap it could really damage your body. Remember that companies pay people to write good reviews on products. If you want to know why it is so cheap, its because they couldn't sell all the stuff they had when they first advertised and now they are stuck with this junk. They got to make their money back somehow. Just like when the companies were trying to fatten up animals with margarine. The animals were dying so they decided to sell it to us with a couple of changes, and we, fools that we are, bought it. Working out and dieting may be hard for those of us who want the quick fix, but believe me its better. Cups of green tea throughout the day will help you, believe me. And make sure it is organic.

Yesterday morning was my first time using this product. I go to the gym every morning and push myself through and hour of carido but it's pretty difficult at times, I took two pills before my work out and WOW!!! I was able to do three times the workout I am normally able to do. It kept me energized and I wasn't tired at all. I'm sure like any other pill, this isn't going to work if you sit at home all day eating junk food, but I believe this pill mixed with the proper diet and excersize will help anybody lose their desired weight. It will only work if you do! I plan I buying this product again :)

So i bought this product thinking it was going to be a scam. But boy, was I wrong?1. The shipping was four days earlier than expected. It was a nice surprise.2. I started taking this product three days ago and I've lost 3 pounds so far!3. I have more energy than ever! I was able to run five miles with ease. All my friends were shocked.4. As soon as you take this product, your stomach feels fuller, like you just ate.5. There is no caffeine in this product, so no worry about overdosing.6.
