I liked the swiftness at which the whole installation was done. You have to call the customer care once the product is delivered. In my case, they actioned it in just 2 hrs. Just be informed about extra money you may have to pay for the carbon filter. I checked with the customer care before confirming the appointment. Something around 900-1200

The product was delivered on next day of ordering and was installed on the same day. Though the TDS in my tap water is 160 which is drinkable but I still wanted an RO fitted for my satisfaction. Technician who installed it was Brilliant. I at first was very doubtful of the product as I got it in 10212 Rs. And there was a cashback of 950 Rs. I contacted Kent and they said this a flagship model with MRP 17k. So obviously doubt was there but the techincian assured that from Amazon product is genuine and the warranty card was filled by him. Now my TDS is 90 which is fine with me and the taste of water is normal and not like mineral water taste which is due to the TDS. The water tastes more like mineral water when the TDS is around 20. I didn't wanted that. It's been around a week and everything seems fine with the product. Preferred is you check the TDS level of water you getting and than buy suitable RO. And if sediment is there in water please use a sediment filter sold by kent and local brands as well. It will increase the life of your machine.

I'm writing this review after using the RO for 4 days. Installation is good and smooth but they have charged us Rs. 700 extra for additional 5 micron water filter of white cylindrical container. This white filter continuously leaking while we turn on the tap but fortunately the boy who come for installation is very helpful and polite. We have called him thrice and he responded in a friendly way. So good customer service. Impressed

Product is good. The installation guy will insist you to pay for the Kent pre-filter, but it's not mandatory to buy. You can install any 3rd party filter later on. In my case I got a 3rd party pre-filter (of the similar quality) in less than half of the cost of the kent pre-filter from one of my known shop.

Worst service and product quality installation done after too many complaints ,mail and tweets, in 6 days.after installation machine stopped water filtering from first day. Too many complaints, mails and tweets only assurance got by area manager and technician no visit till now and all of them even not answering my calls. Finally i'm thinking i have to go for private tecniciansAfter too many complaints finally visit done and parts which was not working replaced free of by kentAmazon service is very good but kent service is not up to the mark kent stafff delayed intentionally.Machine is working good

Got the delivery with in 22 Hours from the ordered date.We need to call KENT and for product installation and demo. This product doesn't have pre-sediment filter.This additional filter has two types you have to inform them which kind you require ( One filter cost is 700 and the other is around 900). Installation took around 3 days from the date of delivery.Intially i got TDS value as 40 as output when input is provided with standard bore water (910).After a day it has moved to 70 which I am fine with it. Will keep monitoring it and will update you the progress of the purifier.Updated after nearly a 9+ Months. Product is good and working as expected.Works
