Factory rotor
I put this in my 2017 Maytag Bravos XL dryer because my rotor had a piece crack and break off somehow. I could not get my rotor to come off so I had to take a hole saw and drill around the middle of the rotor and chisel it off. Then I pulled the motor out and got the stuck piece of rotor off the rotor shaft. Mine was actually melted onto a thread protector instead of being threaded onto the threads like it should have been!! So if you are having problems getting it off you may have the same issue. I had to take channel locks and a wrench and break the thread protector off, then I was able to install the new rotor. It fit perfectly then. It fixed the loud rumbling sound and the problems with venting I was having.Shipping was fast from this company as well. I received the rotor at the earliest of the projected shipping window. It was packaged very well. I am very happy with this purchase and it saved me a ton of money.I attached a picture of the thread protector that was on the threads and the factory rotor was melted onto this. So there was no way I it was coming off by turning it. Use a 1 1/8 hole saw attachment if you have to and do not use the drill bit as it wonโt allow the saw part to go deep enough. I hope this review helps someone.

Not worth it to replace
The videos made this look easy - ha! My old blower wheel was locked on so tightly that it broke while trying to get it loose. I had to dremel it out in pieces, remove the plenum, and use a pipe wrench. This was not the fault of the replacement, just a warning to anyone thinking of replacing their blower. Knowing what I know now I would not replace or try to remove a blower unless it was cracked or otherwise broken. That said, once I got the old one off (about 2 hours work) the new one installed easily and is working well.

My dryer works again!!!
Installation was kind of a pain, have to disassemble most of the dryer just to get at the wheel. Whirlpool could have installed a shaft lock from the front to alleviate 90% of disassembly, but wouldn't have mattered in my case. (plenty of videos on youtube) My old wheel had broken from the metal insert so there was no way to spin it off. I ended up having to cut it off. GREAT product! No more noise!! Let's see how LONG she lasts. First wheel, OEM, lasted about 5 years.

Good Value!
Item was as described, fit as described, and appreciated the price!. Time to ship was a longer than I preferred. It may have been due to the holiday? If I had one comment, find a way to get the item shipped sooner :) Other than that all was fine!!!

Perfect fit on my Kenmore dryer
I started hearing a bang-bang-bang noise while the dryer was running, and I figured out it was this fan wheel. The center shaft had detached from the old wheel and it was wobbling around, banging into the case. I couldn't remove the wheel the normal way (reverse threads), so I wound up having to use a Dremel to cut off the old wheel and then cut off the piece attached to the shaft. Now the dryer is quiet like new.
