Worth the cost
This chair is everything it stated it would be; however, my one complaint is that the side supporting pieces to the chair dig into the thigh horribly so this chair isn't great for long term seating. I purchased this chair for chair exercising. The chair was fast to put together...I saw my hubby screw on the chairs back in under 1 minute and was done. The one thing that I do recommend if a person is short like me, get the fabric chair instead of the vinyl because my legs are so short that the seat to back ratio gap keeps me sliding. Other than my two complaints, the chair is definitely super fluffy friendly or for "extra sweet" folks as my babies nicely put it.

This chair is HARD as a ROCK!
I have sat in these chairs at venues for a couple of hours and no issue. Bought one for my desk at work, thinking it would be comfortable, but boy oh boy, after an 8 hour shift my butt hurts. Hell, after 20 minutes it hurts. The "cushioned" padding is not sufficient for the weight of the intended users of these chairs. I have had to now purchase a proper seat cushion off Amazon from another vendor to hopefully, rectify the situation. It's arriving today. We shall see. If it fixes the issue, I'll come back and report it here,give you the item info and re-rate this chair. But be weary, NOT for extended sitting... (Also, the seat cushions vinyl cover seems like it's going to come loose very soon, like it wasn't properly secured during manufacturing).

No bolts came with it
The bolts or Allen wrench either came with it and no screws

Good to find a vinyl covered chair. We have been looking for a long time.
The metal on the sides of the chair press into the skin. It would be nice if the metal was under the seat. Otherwise it is an impressive though very light weight chair. Other bariatric chairs we have are very much heavier. It is very sturdy, however. Very wide.

the metal part of the chair has 6 holes the cushion only has 2 holes
The chair has not been used yet it was purchased so that plus size clients will be comfortable. First I tried cancelling the order the same day I placed the order and was told the item was already shipped. When the young lady I purchased the chair for received the chair and went to attach the back to the chair the cushion only had 2 holes and the chair itself has 6 holes. Note to the manufacturer If you send 6 screws please be sure all holes are in the cushion.

Well, its very sturdy...
But, it isn't complete. It comes in a HUGE box, but the back support pad isn't attached. Which makes no sense. Because they could easily attach it, and fit it in the same box. To make matters worse, they send the wrong screws, AND do not pre drill enough holes for the screws that they do send.Its not cheap. So, its not a light decision to send it back. But you're very hard pressed to find a higher weight limit chair for your bigger people. Would not buy again, but I'm certainly not going to send it back, when i have to pay the shipping myself.

Great chair to purchase
It is so low. I had thought it be higher but it feels like your at the kids table. Otherwise it's very sturdy and strong.
