Good product
A naturopath on YouTube recommended this for depression and I'm finding that it does have a positive effect. It seems to help with my executive function as well. A mild potential side effect is an odor in the bathroom, similar to what some people experience with asparagus.

Mood Booster
I’m a perimenopausal woman who struggles with mood, it’s my absolute worst peri symptom. I was on BHRT pellet for a while which worked, but I stopped due to the cost.
