Flat iron has already quit working

Product is great other than NO AUTO SHUT OFF. Other than that it’s perfect

I purchased this due to the good reviews it had received. After only a week it would not heat up past 250 degrees. I sent it back and received a new one. This one was received on November 23rd and it also quit heating up about two weeks ago. I was unable to send it back and had to contact the company. They were nice and told me to mail the unit back to them with a note stating the problem and they would mail me out a new one. I am just mailing it today so we shall see if third time is a charm. Save your money! My daughter bought an off brand for 19.99 and it has had no issues. :(Bex

This iron works great but I hate the complicated digital on/off/temp.

It was good while it lasted. Stopped working after a few months of use!! I wish there was a warranty but unfortunately I’m out of luck with this product.

Love this iron. Light weight, heats up quickly and has a fairly long cord. Comes in a very nice travel pouch. I took it on a cruise with me and was afraid it would not fit In the outlet, but it did and it didn't cause any outages, thank goodness!!
