Arrived early the carriers were so helpful and accommodating. Easy to assemble, I thought I would need help with it but it was so easy. Just the right size not big and bulky. Smart, modern piece of furniture, you would never know it was a rise and recline chair. For the price it was exceptional. Would purchase again if needed and recommend to all.

Like it's compactness and easy to assemble/function

This is a very good quality chair, very easy to assemble and operate.Firstly be aware that it comes in two parts, they easily fit together and all works well. However, the two parts come in one giant box - so big it will not go through and average door. It would be better in two boxes. I ordered this for my mother and she had to telephone me to go to her house and help the driver unload it and then I had to take it out of the box on the drive way and take the two parts into the house (thankfully it was not raining). The giant box weighs in at 49kg so really difficult for one person to physically carry and so big impossible to into a house door way.Secondly look at the measurements really carefully. This is a high chair from the ground - probably to allow the lifting mechanism to fit underneath it. It is a little higher than most household chairs / settees. All our family sit on it easily - apart from my mother who I bought the chair for. She is not tall and has hip problems so could not just sit on the chair. When the chair was raised for her to sit down then lowered she was sat at the front of the seat area and because of her hip issues was unable to shuffle back. She could not use the chair so it was removed from her house. Check that the height of the chair is good and ok for the person going to be using it.Finally, I have to say that the customer services of the company selling the chair is excellent, the delivery driver was excellent. Because the chair was too high for my mother to sit in I looked at the possibility of returning it and the company agreed that it could be returned. However it was upto me to return it. The best price I could find (December 2020) was £95 for a courier to collect and return it because of the weight and size. I decided that it was not worth me returning so it is now in my house. Thankfully it is well made, nice fabric, good colour etc.

Excellent value for money , this chair is well made and fit for purpose. Delivery was on time and we are very pleased . Would recommend .

Had trouble with delivery, they tried to deliver a day early and then said no-one was in, which was incorrect. Then had to wait a further 3 days for redelivery

First of all I had a perfect delivery experience via Panther. I was able to change the day and had notification of both a time slot and then advance warning from the 2 man delivery crew. Because of other reviews regarding the weight and size of the carton, I made it so that it could be delivered via the patio doors. Not only was it brought inside, but I was given the option of choosing where it was left.The back, the only assembly required, was easy to slot in. Be aware however the instructions are in a box taped under the chair. I am 76 and walk with 2 crutches. I was able to do everything my self.The chair is firm, but comfortable. The size is ideal as is the height of the seat.The value is good and my decision to buy a more expensive double motor type has been born out.The grey colour is durable, because of the weave of the fabric, which means you don't have a flat colour which will show any marks more.

My husband is so much more comfortable it's as if it was made to measure.
