If you're getting these for a hydrocele, they aren't as good as David Archy brand, and they're 2-3x as expensive. For my job as a delivery driver, I found these to restrict my stride.They are a neat concept, and they're better than regular underwear

BE VERY careful opening the package. I could not open the "easy open pouch". I used a scissors to open the pouch, so they charged me 50% for "restocking" for "tearing the package". I will never buy from them again, for that reason alone. My son is very slender teenage boy, 5'9'' and 112 pounds and he felt the small size was too small for him. They fit him snugly. He had a varicocle repair last year and finds many types and brands underwear uncomfortable. He usually wears cotton Hanes boxers because that is all he can tolerate. Attempting to find some soft underwear that might offer more support yet still be comfortable, I ordered these. They seem nice and soft to me and the right size, so I was hopeful. My son checked out the adjustable internal support first, and then and tried them on. He said he could not loosen the internal support while the underwear was on. He said the support suddenly became very uncomfortable, caused severe pain and he had to lay down after trying these on. So I returned them. I think they could work for someone else with different needs, just be sure to open the easy open pouch with surgical precision.

They were great for my husbands Vasectomy, he said it gave him the support that he needed. The price for one pair is a bit high in my opinion, but they definitely worked for the purpose we needed them for.

Usually can't find anything small enough in the waist and large enough in the front, so I end up either compressed and uncomfortable or loose and pulling them up all day. These have enough of a pouch that once they stretch out a little they are comfortable, and the string prevents the whole front from losing support and leaving me hanging like boxers or boxer briefs after a couple of hours. Good for hot weather -nothing stuck to the leg, don't have to move things out of the way in public before sitting Wish I'd had them sooner, and will be buying more.

I always dreaded summer for the reason that while on hot summer days chaffing betwen the upper legs was always a painfull issue. I had tried several ways to prevent it, from powders to lotions to several types of underwear with no real positive results. until I ordered my first pair of UMF underwear, I have only been wearing them for a couple of months but so far I think these are the perfect remedy for the chaffing problem I was having. They are very comforatable and fit nicely. I think they are a little over priced but am overall very satisified with the results.

Surprised by these. They just kind of hurt, I compared this pair of boxer briefs to others I have (UA boxerjock) and the cord always seemed to constrict scrotum in a way that caused a low level of pain throughout duration they were worn (even when not tightened). I think if the cord is taken out then I think they'd be typical but it's annoying to hear that they are urologist recommended but they caused pain no matter how loosely the cord is tied. Seems somewhat fraudulent or at least untested. Otherwise they are typical boxer briefs.

The best! The strings support your sac so you won't sag in your old age....get 'em!

Amazing design. Very comfortable. I have a medical condition which these underwear hsve helped substantially! I cannot be anymore happy! Ive been in discomfort for awhile searching for something to help and I have definitly found it. I do physical labor and lots of standing 12 hours a day and these do the trick! Thank you ufm!
