Aquaguard Ritz ROUVUFSS Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes

The ordering process, Installation and service was hassle free . Eureka Forbes contacted me directly within hours of the filter delivery, Came home, fixed it in minutes and left. The filter is working good, water tasted very nice, product quality is very good, no leaks and no damaged product received. The technician also educated me about the filter and it's operational stuff, filter change interval etc. Also an executive from Eureka called back in 2 days asking if the installation was done properly and if I have any issues regarding it. Truth be told I was skeptical about buying a filter online as I was not sure how the installation would go, however to my surprise it was great. Offline market was charging me 1-2k more for a similar product of the same/ different brands, I was kinda disappointed by the offline market.

Appreciated the same day delivery from Amazon. The installation took a day more than promised and required a few follow-ups with Eureka Forbes. My advice to Eureka Forbes would be to provide clear information along with the personnel's number. Once the person arrived, the product was quick to install. I like that the product is compact and compliments the surrounding with its mix of black and white. The body is transparent so you can see the water level and the flow of the water is good. The wires come out of the right side. So, if the socket and water source sit on the left, you will have some pipes and wires dangling but the same can be tidied up with ties. The flavour of the water is good. It is not sweet but it doesn't feel overly processed either. If you don't have an issue with your water tasting flat, this product is a good buy at a good price.

Just go for it. I have seen too many misleading reviews. My first day experience 1) It doesn't have noise issue as depicted in many reviews. When you record by phone which is near to purifier then in recording noise will be higher. Starting one or two seconds while pulling water it makes noise, just like when dried out tap gets a water. But it is also not that noise 2) I have installed it myself, as due to lockdown aquaguard team not able to send technician. Previously I had aquaguard genius, so used same device wiring and tap. Faced two issues in self installation I) inside one pipe was not connected properly from company it was leaking, so fixed it ii) second initial water tds level was 400, adjusted by rotating a screw inside clockwise and reduced it to 45ppm. 3) It is taking 23 minutes to fill the tank, which is pretty fast for water with input tds as 590ppm and purified output water with tds level as 45ppm. I would recommend having a tds measuring device. Kannada big boss season 8 house too had the aquaguard aquasure amaze purifier which is same as this model. That is black colour and this is black and white colour.

The installation was done in a day, in which the technician first got water on the joint where the adapter connects to the plug. The machine switched on after a lot of struggle. After that, he forced me to write a review on Amazon so that he could click a picture of it. I didn't save the review (good decision, it turns out). After an hour or so, it started leaking near the tap. We called the tech again and he opened it up and revealed a crack in the inside of the tap, the part that is not visible. Why he didn't bring it up earlier or if he broke it himself, I do not know . He asked me to raise a complaint, promising that the machine will be replaced. So I called Eureka Forbes and after listening to their commercial for lord knows how many times, spoke with a rude and frustrated lady. At first I was told that this is my fault (I did choose this useless product, after all). Then she said the tap will be replaced and I will have to pay for it. For now, I have told her clearly that I won't pay for it as it's not my fault. So now, waiting for a technician to come and do god know what. Never had such an experience. This when we haven't drunk one drop from it, bsides the sampling at the time of installation. P.S the actual volume is not 7 litres, it's 6 to 6.5 litres as quoted by the tech. Buyer beware!! I will update as we get some repairs done. Update in 20 days: The tap got repaired with some worn down old-fashioned one that doesn't work as well, but hey it's a tap. Things worked well for a few days and now the unit refuses to work at all. It has been 2 days since I have been repeatedly complaining and not a peep. The service is as useless as the product. I am already spending on water bottles, might as well spend on a private repair guy now. If it helps future buyers- the service totally sucks. Avoid this company! Update after 1.5 years of usage: Everything besides the outer body has been replaced and this still gives me trouble. The people who come to repair are clueless and come to fix one issue and cause two new ones. The latest issue is leakage (it keeps leaking even if I switch it off). After several complaints, a guy appears, glances at the machine, and runs away, claiming he needs supplies. I mean, he seriously ran away. I wish I had made a video. Now, I have decided to buy a local machine and replace the whole thing every year (the entire thing costs less than their useless AMC). Better stay away from Eureka Forbes.

I'm not a water purifier expert, but this seems to be an excellent product overall. And I have a feeling their customer service will be prompt too, although I've not required it yet; it's only been two months since I purchased the product, and there have been no problems so far. Hassle-free installation by the technician. Only nice things to say. They did repeatedly call me after the installation, asking me (nicely) to leave a review here, which is why I'm doing this. But I'm actually more than satisfied with the water purifier, so I'd gladly recommend it to other non-experts who want to make a snappy decision. Cheers!

I have been using this purifier at my place in Hyderabad and totally satisfied with its performance from past one year. So, I ordered the same for my parents where they are struggling with poor quality water in a small village. Delivery was done on time and technician visited immediately on next day. In fact he is in contact even before the product arrival. Amidst COVID-19, the delivery and installation was smoothly done though it is a remote village, in fact faster than cities. The technician also showed the difference in TDS before and after treatment. On overall, the purifier quality is excellent, water flavour is excellent and storage capacity is apt for a moderate family. I didn't expect such a prompt service from the Eureka Forbes at remote places. Kudos to Eureka Forbes.

The water purifier is a good option if your needs are also basic. The purifier works very well as of now. Had it installed a few days back, hoping for same result of purification for a long run. I have given 1 star less as I felt the built quality of purifier is not as per its pricing. Should have been more durable with better finishing. Purifier looks modern and is easy to install. Water purification is good. The company personnel who visited to install the product was very helpful and humble. He helped and explained everything. The filter inside the purifier needs to be changed every 1 year and it would cost around Rs. 4,500/-.

I ordered this aquasure RO in diwali sale where I got it for 7400,,plus some 400cash back on SBI cards,,as soon as I received the unit, I put in a request for installation,,for some reason the customer care no. Of Eureka Forbes is a chargeable one & not toll-free. I use Airtel, Finally next day installation was done, the technician asked rs 1040 etc for pre filter. The next day I started facing issues with this RO, as there was water leakage from machine & water was continuously running from waste pipe even after RO is full & you turn it off. Anyhow I put in a complaint & technician comes & tells me it's UV lamp is gone & they don't have spare at present. I told him its hardly been couple of days & it's giving me trouble so I would put in a replacement request instead. He made me talk to some Service manager Mr Mahesh who turn out to be some arrogant fella telling me that once purchased RO can't be replaced only repaired. I told him don't bother me, I would ask Amazon for replacement. As soon as I put in request for replacement it got approved. Now that would take some days, so I waited. In between I again raise a request to uninstall the machine & put in a box so that when Amazon people will come to deliver he would inspect older item & then handover the replacement, Customer service told me that would be chargeable for some Rs300,,I was shocked, Because of their poor product I am suffering & they want money to uninstall the defective item & put it in the box😔, Anyhow I spoke with the manager & they agreed to send technician to uninstall free of cost. Anyhow the replacement machine came & after following up with service center it got installed & working okay till now. I found the Manager & technicians completely incompetent as he wanted that I don't raise request for replacement & instead get it repaired??Why would I do that when it's hardly been some days I bought the RO & it's been giving me trouble from day 2 itself
