If the earrings don’t work out what is the return policy?

Do not know, you need to check with seller.

Are the earrings heavy on your ears?

I bought them to give as a gift. They didn't seem heavy to me.

Are they actual feathers because it describes them as 'faux feathers' what the heck is that?!

These tassel earrings are made of faux feathers.
